Нямаше басейн,джакузи,чувствах се все едно в пансион,направихме две кръгчета в ресторанта и около хотела от скука,никога не бихме повторили отново в този хотел,останахме крайно разочаровани че нямаше нищо просто едни празни стаи в които гледаш тавана и се чудиш кога ще си тръгнеш от това място с удоволствие.

Sramota, najlošiji smeštaj do sad

Cons:

Prvo su nas stavili u sobu koju smo bukirali, sobu sa slike, broj 103. Nakon 2 minuta došao je recepcioner i rekao da i toj sobi imaju problem sa bubama, tj insektima i stavili su nas u skoro istu sobu sprat iznad, broj 203. samo što ova je imala najmanji prozor gore bliže plafonu. Najveći problem je kupatilo. Vlasnik namerno nije postavio slike kupatila na sajt, jer da smo ga videli, ne bi ga nikad ni bukirali. Tuš je odmah uz wc šolju, bez ikakvog paravana ili stakla, zida. Kupanjem perete celo kupatilo i pravite sami sebi poplavu. Nikakva krpa ili džoger nije ostavljen da se to kupatilo posle i prebriše, tako da smo ga brisali peškirom koji su ostavljeni za brisanje tela. Pretpostavljam da svi gosti isto rade, pa oni sledeći koriste te oprane peškire korišćene za pod. Lavabo odvaljen, ako se malo više naslonite pašće na vas. Ne postoji nikakav držač za sapun i za četkice za zube. Toalet papir dopunjen na mimimum, jedva toliko da ne može da se kaže da ga nema. Što se tiče sobe, okrugli krevet jeste prostran, ali prastar i neudoban. Spavanje je katastrofa. Zbog vrlo malog prozora nismo mogli da spavamo od vrućine. Klima radi, ali bije direktno u vas dok spavate, tako da nismo želeli da rizikujemo upalu pluća ili mozga. Jorgani su bez ikakvog prekrivača. Apsolutno nehigijenski!! TV ne radi, tj nema signala. Štekeri odvaljenj iz zida, jedva se drže. Fleke su svuda po tepihu. Ofingeri polomljeni. Sramota živa i za hotel i za vlasnika. Pritom da dodam, u hodnicima je prejak miris osveživača prostora, kao muškog parfema, koji ulazi i u sobe i koji nismo mogli da izluftiramo. Glava nas je bolela. Takođe, bukirali smo na ovoj lokaciji jer smo očekivali mir, ali tek po bukiranju, tj plaćanju sobe nam stiže poruka da možemo da očekujemo buku zbog proslava venčanja u smeštaju. Zašto se te stvari ne napišu odmah u opisu nego tek kada je stvar završena? Mi smo došli da odmorimo posle puta od 7 dana, a napolju se slavi rođendan i svaki razgovor i muzika se glasno čuje.

Pros:

Décoration plutôt élégante au premier abord. Salle de sport complète et agréable.

Cons:

Chambre avec du mobilier abîmé. Matelas peu confortable. Salle de bain peu pratique (douche non séparée qui inonde la salle de bain). Piscine à éviter (eau douteuse et froide) et spa / sauna délabré. Quelques petits cafards dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner limité. En résumé, un hôtel dont les prestations sont bien en-deçà des 4 étoiles qu’il revendique. Une rénovation s’imposerait !

Cockroach infestation!!

**Disappointing experience – serious cockroach infestation**

We arrived at the hotel and paid by card directly at the property. Unfortunately, after entering the room, we discovered a serious cockroach infestation. Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel it was suitable to stay and decided to leave.

We reported the problem to the hotel staff and were verbally assured that our payment would be refunded. However, the refund has still not been received.

What makes the experience even more disappointing is that the property subsequently reported to Booking.com that we did not arrive. This is incorrect — we physically arrived at the hotel and have a card transaction made directly at the property as evidence.

The location may be convenient, but the hygiene issue and the way the situation was handled were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Konum çok iyi idi. Dağların eteğinde müthiş bir havası var. Tesis çok temizdi. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve güzeldi.

Прекрасна гурме закуска! - Ще се върнем огново, Ирина и Ален.
