Pros:

El personal, mejor trato imposible. Las vistas a las casas desde la ventana. El desayuno muy bueno, también optamos por comer ahí el menú degustación y estaba delicioso. La habitacion muy bonita y limpia.

Cons:

Ten en cuenta si eliges la habitacion con el baño actistalado que tengas suficiente confianza con tu acompañante 😅

Pros:

There are pros and cons but I would not stay here again if I go to Berat.
Pros:
-great location, very central and no need to climb anywhere
-good WiFi, strong shower, comfortable mattress
-great restaurant for Lunch / dinner.

Cons:

Restaurant is the central part of this place and there are a few rooms above it. My room had two major flaws: it smelled heavily of food being cooked below; some of my clothes still smell of it even 2-3 days later. And it was very loud - noise from guests eating in the patio below. Earplugs solved it but it’s still a nuisance.
Besides that the breakfast was just ok, nothing special; it was underwhelming considering the restaurant is so good and busy.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal super freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich gemütlich, es gibt aber nur ein kleines Fenster ohne Aussicht. Für Abends gab es noch kostenloses Wasser fürs Zimmer.

Cons:

Eigentlich sauberes Zimmer, aber Stockflecken an der Decke im Bad. Als Besonderheit wurde gebeten, das Toilettenpapier nicht ins WC sonder den Abfalleimer zu werfen. War sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Un accueil merveilleusement simple dans une maison traditionnelle
Pros:

Le rêve ! Une petite maison traditionnelle gérée par une famille dans le quartier historique de Gorica . 3 chambres seulement et LE restaurant familial que nous souhaitions trouver en Albanie. Le tout avec un accueil charmant , discret et efficace sans être obséquieux.

Rien : que tout reste comme ça !

Ein schönes kleines Hotelzimmer mit einer tollen Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war super, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein süßes kleines Zimmer, welches sehr sauber war. Ein immer gut besuchtes Restaurant.

Cons:

Glasscheibe vor dem Klo und offen im Raum. Man sollte sich sehr gut kennen oder wenig Wert auf Privatsphäre legen, wenn man das Zimmer bucht :D

Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück, leider ohne Kaffee.
Tolles Menü am Abend unserer Ankunft mit typischen Gerichten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Oben war es sehr warm und man konnte es nicht kühlen.
Außerdem hatten wir Stechmücken im Zimmer, die man aber nicht gesehen oder gehört hat. Zwei von uns waren ziemlich verstochen.

Pros:

Amalia is a good option for a short stay in Berat. The room was clean and comfortable, the owners were very friendly, and the location in the middle of the old town is excellent. The food in the Amalia restaurant was also really delicious. Parking is available nearby for around 500 ALL per day, but there is no free private parking.

Breakfast was quite simple and repetitive, with eggs, some cheese and tomatoes each morning, but still perfectly fine. The bathroom is integrated into the sleeping area and completely enclosed by glass, so there is very little privacy. This is clearly visible in the photos and was not a problem for us.

Cons:

The main downside is the noise from the restaurant downstairs, which can be heard in the room until after midnight due to the poor soundproofing. If you are looking for a very quiet place, this may not be ideal. For one or two nights, however, the price-quality ratio is absolutely reasonable.

Een fantastisch hotel
Pros:

Een fantastisch leuk en gezellig hotel, verscholen in een pittoresk straatje van Berat. Kamer en badkamer helemaal leuk en tip top in orde. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en lief. Ontbijt was heerlijk en wat we zeker aanraden is om daar s'avonds te eten. Alles is vers en zo smaakvol. We kregen zelfs iets te eten mee voor onderweg toen we een dag naar een waterval gingen. Als we terug komen dan boeken wij zeker weer een kamer!

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat bovenin de vide van de kamer het erg warm was, de airco had niet genoeg capaciteit om daar te koelen.
