Pros:

A very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location, close to the city center. We were also welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent, with a generous selection and plenty of food.

The only downsides were the price, which felt a little high compared with the general standard and prices in Albania, and the lack of private parking. We had to park in a paid parking area below the hotel, which cost around €7 for the day.

Overall, a very good stay and a hotel we would recommend.

L'emplacement est fou
Le lieu vraiment magnifique

Rien n'a fonctionné comme cela aurait dû fonctionner
Nous avons été arnaqué sur le prix de l'hôtel, ils ont utilisé le prix en euros pour faire leurs prix en lekk leur discours est "1€ = 100All"
Ce n'est pas la réalité et c'est le client qui se fait avoir

Ensuite, la chambre et l'endroit sont très beau mais ce n'est que du paraître
Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont loin d'être fou
Le personnel est limite désagréable, ne s'occupe pas de leurs clients et rigolent entre eux.
On se fait attraper constamment dans l'hôtel pour demander ce que l'on fait ici (vu que la chambre est à côté du restaurant, nous traversons ce dernier pour accéder à la chambre)

Concernant la chambre :
La porte de la chambre frotte sur le sol
Les murs sont encore avec des traces d'enduits
La porte de la salle de bain fait aussi du bruit quand on l'ouvre
la chambre est juste à côté du restaurant donc beaucoup de bruit même après 23h
il n'y a pas de poubelle
Pas d'etendoir
Même pas quelque chose pour poser une serviette
Elle est située sous les toits donc la moitié est inutilisable
Les miroirs sont trop bas pour les grandes personnes
Le lit n'est pas fait quand nous arrivons
Et le personnel insiste quand nous partons afin d'être certain que nous n'avons pas touché au minibar

En bref, il y a d'autres endroits bien mieux à Berat pour dormir, allez y

Muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones muy bonitas y espaciosas, la recepción y el desayuno de 10

Cons:

Las mesas del restaurante están muy cerca de las habitaciones y se oía ruido de cubiertos y conversaciones

Un posto che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Berat ancora più speciale. La struttura è bellissima, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera autentica che fa respirare la tradizione albanese. Le camere sono confortevoli e silenziose, perfette per rilassarsi.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, god mat både til frokost og i restauranten til middag. Familien og resten av personalet er kjempesøte og behjelpelige. Stor anbefaling!

Cons:

Man kan høre kjøkkenet jobbe litt om kvelden hvis man legger seg tidlig men ellers er det ikke noe problem

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt hier.
Pros:

Die Lage an sich war super, da man eine schöne Aussicht auf Berat hat und nicht mitten im Trubel ist, aber trotzdem alles gut und schnell erreicht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und das Ambiente ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer war auch wunderschön und das Essen sehr lecker und traditionell. Man taucht einfach direkt in die Kultur des Landes ein und es war für uns der perfekt erste Tag in Albanien. Leider ist die Parksituation dort etwas uncomfortabel, aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

Cons:

Das Personal war leider teilweise etwas unfreundlich. Man merkt hier, dass der Tourismus noch nicht wirklich im Landesinnern angekommen ist. Das Bad war etwas klein.

Pros:

Gostei da originalidade da casa, linda, com paredes de pedras, muitas janelas e da linda vista, para o rio, ponte e para o castelo.
O café da manhã é ótimo, servido diretamente na mesa, com fartura e tinha ovos fritos, pão quentinho, bolinhos típicos feitos na hora, geléias e frutas.
A localização é excelente, em frente ao Rio, próximo a restaurantes e lojinhas de souvenir.
O proprietário é muito atencioso, simpático e contou-nos sobre a história da casa.
