Pros:

The view from the bar is beautiful. Location is outstanding.

Cons:

Our room was in-between two kitchens of a very large restaurant trying to attract as many people as possible. The room is literally sitting above the main restaurant kitchen attic. It did not feel 'boutique'. To sleep, you need to listen to waiters shouting to each other right outside your door and loud music past midnight, at 3am then starts the glass cleaning and sorting and all the noise that comes with it.

Pros:

Mooi hotel en kamer met uitzicht op het oude centrum, prima locatie, dichtbij voorzieningen.

Cons:

Vooral het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd. Bij het inchecken voelden we ons niet welkom en we kregen geen informatie. Personeel lijkt te lui om te werden, waren vooral bezig met hun telefoon.

No one answered after many, many calls. At the reception they told us that they do not have the phone there.Besides this when we arrived no one was at the reception, after waiting for a few minutes a guy came who simply gave us the key and took the payment no more explanation. As for the room it was very very small, the toilet was so small you could barely move around, the sink was blocked if you kept the water open for a few seconds it would fill up. The overall service was zero, not worth what you pay for at all.

The only time that someone showed up immediately was when we were leaving just to be sure we did the payment.

Pros:

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e uma vista linda!

Cons:

Nosso quarto ficava ao lado da cozinha, tinha bastante barulho. Não fomos bem tratados no café da manhã. O atendente estava mau humorado e visivelmente não estava feliz em nos atender.

Beautiful little romantic hotel in Berat
Pros:

Very beautiful rustic hotel fits perfectly with the romantic charm of Berat.
The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and the staff were all kind, friendly and helpful, and provided thorough room cleaning service.
I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Berat.

Cons:

The bathroom is extremely small so just be prepared for that.

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, todo súper cuidado, te sientes en una casita de cuento. El restaurante buenísimo, recomiendo no solo el desayuno (que estaba espectacular) sino que también cenar allí el menú de comida tradicional!

Cons:

Mi habitación era una suite y estaba muy linda pero el baño falta reformarlo, muy antiguo e incómodo de usar

1 gecelik konakladık. Gayet keyifli ve tatlı bir oteldi. Çalışanlar da çok tatlılardı

Gerçekten fazlasıyla tatlı bir oteldi. Dış görünüş olarakta Beratta bulunan en güzel otel bence. Personeller çok yardımsever ve tatlıydı. Aşçı ablalar ingilizcesi olmamasına rağmen yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Cons:

Odaları biraz küçük. Butik otel gibi. 3 odalı zaten. Odanın boyutu olarak biraz bizi tatmin etmedi. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi ama biraz daha çeşit görmek özellikle peynir için beni daha mutlu ederdi. Bir de sabahları 1 personel çalışıyor ve resepsiyona servise her şeye o personel bakıyor. Bu yüzden onu aramanız gerek bir süre. Bir de duş jeli bitmişti. Yenilenmesini söylemedik. Ama söyleseydik yenilerlerdi. Bütün personeller çok cana yakındı
