Simple but functional
Pros:

The location is fantastic if you fly to Sofia - the metro links the hotel and the airport perfectly. You get in the metro at the airport and surface 30 meters from the hotel doors. If you want to go out, the famous Vitoshka is just outside with its hundreds of bars and restaurants, some of them open until the early morning hours. (The real gems are in the small streets around Vitoshka.) The room is okay, a bit simple, with somewhat outdated fittings (door handle, lamp switches), but everything works, the bed comfortable, the bed linen immaculate, and everything clean overall. The bathroom is of the classic Bulgarian type (no shower cabin), but the water is hot and the pressure is more than satisfying. (Often a problem in Sofia.)

Cons:

The single bed was a bit too narrow for a big man like me. The bathroom comes without a shower cabin, so it might get quite messy after a shower - but that's normal in Bulgaria.

the location was good

Cons:

The room had a low ceiling and felt claustrophobic — at least the window opened and had a mosquito screen.
The bathroom design was awful: no shower enclosure, uncomfortable to use, and it sprayed water on everything, including the toilet.
The toilet paper holder broke and came off in my hand.

Bu otel değil. Korkunç bir deneyim oldu.

Tesisşn konumu bazı alışveriş ve yemek sokaklarına yakındı.

Cons:

Otel gibi değildi. Bir işhanının zemin ve 1. Katından oluşuyordu. İçerisi tamamen eski, bakımsızdı. Otelin içindeki hava kötü kokuyordu. Odalarda alışılagelmiş yatak yoktu. Fotoğraflardan da görebileceğiniz eski bir sünger vardı. Banyolar perdeli eski tip. Oda penceresi yarı otopark, yarı hurdalık gibi bir alana bakıyordu. Buradan gece sabaha kadar gürültüler geldi. Otelin girişinde de gece boyu sesler hiç eksik olmadı. Son derece kötü bir deneyim oldu. İki gece ücretini peşin ödedim. Resepsiyon görevlisşne durumu anlattım ve bir gece daha ailemle burada kalamayacağımı söyledim. Para iadeai istesim ama vermediler. Müdürle görüşeceğim dedim. Muhatap bulamadım. Mecburen oteli terk ettim. Çünkü geve otel çevresinde sarhoşlar ve keşler bizi rahatsız etti. Otel resepsiyonisti de çok kabaydı. Can güvenliğimizden endişe ettiğimizden fazla ısrar edemeden oteli terk ettik. Oda kapıları bir kaç kez kırılıp onarılmıştı. Güvenilir değildi. Kapılar eski evlerdeki iç kapılar gibiydi. Korkunç bşr deneyim oldu. Booking'den bir daha rezervasyon yaparken sadece belli ülkelerde yapacağım. Bu tip ülkelerde mutlaka marka otelleri seçeceğim. Hem koktuk, hem Sofya gezimizi yaruda bırakıp, korkudan kaçtık ve hem de oaramızdan olduk.

Buono il rapporto qualità.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni , sicuramente la miglior cosa è la posizione centrale, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, letto enorme, camera pulita ma da rivedere alcuni dettagli, anche la spa accessibile dalle 9:00 alle 23:00 molto carina.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno molto piccolo senza bagno doccia, quando ti lavi si bagna anche il water e il lavandino e quando fanno la pulizia della camera non lo asciugano, soffitto molto basso, le camere non sono più “nuove” come le foto (sono un po datate), struttura un po bruttina all’esterno ma all’interno tutto sommato grazie alla posizione raccoglie punti in più. Un consiglio…mettete l’acqua della vasca idromassaggio più fredda!! Le altre ragazze/signore alla reception non tanto gentili come il ragazzo.

A panaszom bejelentése után figyelmen kívül hagytak,azt a választ kaptam"ez a booking"hibája.

A légkondivionáló hangja,mint egy traktoré.
A panaszbejelentésem után aegyik recepciós sem köszönt,és ha köszöntünk,senki nem köszönt vissza,pedig nem volt ott más.
Egy bulgár anyanyelvű ismerősöm telefonos segítségét kértük neki azt mondták,majd másnap jön a szálloda menedzser,de senki nem jelzett,hogy bárki segíteni akarna a helyzeten.A recepciós fiatalember a kérdéseinkre azt mondta,nem beszél angolul pedig előtte tudott amgolul majd nem válaszolt a kérdéseimre és máshoz kezdett beszélni.

Excellent for a short stay

3 minute walk from Serdika subway, convenient to many tourist sites, comfortable room and helpful staff
