Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere di cui una per 5 persone e un'altra per 4 persone, abbiamo trovato invece una camera da 3 persone e l'altra da 4 persona, l'hotel ci ha detto che è colpa di booking. L'altra famiglia non avendo i letti è andata via. Spiegatemi se questo non è una truffa
