Zeer slechte service
Pros:

Weten we niet want we kwamen niet binnen

Cons:

Dat er niemand te bereiken is na 18:00. Wij hadden geen codes gekregen om binnen te komen dus moeten een ander hotel boeken

Pros:

Het is toch achterlijk om maar tot 18:00 bereikbaar te zijn als hotel om vervolgens wel voor die zelfde nacht op booking te staan, ik heb een ander hotel moeten boeken om nog te kunnen overnachten die avond.

Något slitet hotell med perfekt läge. Svårt att få kontakt med ansvariga.
Pros:

Breda är en fantastisk trevlig stad och hotellet ligger mycket nära centrum och alla restauranger etc. Frukosten som ingick serverades på en separat restaurang i samma byggnad som hotellet och var mycket bra.

Cons:

Hotellet är lite slitet och och våra rum hade utsikt mot en husvägg 2 meter ifrån fönstret. När vi försökte kontakta värden både direkt och via Booking för att be dem reparera en lampa samt handdukstorken så ignorerade de detta helt och svarade inte ens. 10-15 minuters promenad till närmaste långtidsparkering

Bedden waren goed

Cons:

De kamers stinken enigszins, rokerig ofzo… ook de neppe bijvulling van de Stella Maris doet erg goedkoop overkomen. Muren zijn ook echt karton waardoor je alles van de buren hoort

L'appartement était plus grande que prévu, et le quartier piéton est très beau (bien que bruyant la nuit).

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de personnel de réception, ce qui m'a posé un soucis car j'aurais voulu signaler que je n'avais pas d'électricité dans ma chambre (pas de lumière ni de prise électrique...). Un autre inconvénient : toutes les portes s'ouvrent via un lien sur votre téléphone (vous n'avez pas intérêt à être à court de batterie ou oublier votre téléphone dans votre chambre).
Et si votre chambre donne sur la rue, alors le simple vitrage ne suffit pas à isoler des bruits de la rue.

Pros:

De locatie was echt top! Midden in het centrum. Wel oordoppen mee om 3 uur nachts veel geschreeuw op straat maar dat hoort bij de stad. Naast de grote markt. Ook makkelijk inchecken met de app en verder in de ochtend lekker ontbeten bij Ted.

Cons:

In koelkastje stond nog knoflooksaus van de vorige gasten in een bakje. Beddengoed was een beetje damp/vochtig en daarom zat er een zilvervisje op mijn kussen die weg kroop. In de douche zaten nog haren van de vorige gasten en we kregen per 1 persoon 1 handdoek en samen kleine. Koffiezetapparaat was half stuk. Als je water in de het bakje wilde doen viel de bovenkant eraf en de glazen uit de kamer paste er niet lekker onder. Gordijnen lieten veel licht door aan de zijkanten.

Cons:

Complex was zeer gehorig, Zeer oud gebouw in de binnenstad. Het bed staat niet waterpas, waardoor je met je hoofd in een afgrond ligt. Douche werd na 5 minuten pas een beetje warm. Foto op de website lijkt totaal niet op het echte gebouw. Meer dan 100,- betaald voor een kamer die (vind ik) slechts 40,- waard is. Dit was eens maar nooit meer. Enige positieve is dat het wel schoon was.

Pros:

Room ok n had a fridge and coffee machine, but not enough pods! No lift & stairs are very steep and less going, hard to take a heavy bag up!
Bed ok clean sheets etc, so all good

Goede locatie, flexibel inchecken met de online sleutel

Cons:

Kamer was erg warm! Raam kon wel open maar zat naast een grote machine die buiten aan het gebouw hing, dat geluid was te hard om in te slapen. Ook was de badkamer een beetje verouderd en niet efficiënt (geen douche deur dus veel water op de grond). Voor de prijs viel de comfort wel tegen!

De kamer (105) was klein en somber. Uitzicht was op brandtrap, muur en rommel van beneden gelegen restaurant. Met gordijnen dicht hadden we daar geen last van. Raam kon nachts niet open vanwege herrie van apparaten. Bedden waren vreselijk. Het ene matras was zo’n 5 cm hoger dan de ander maar het was erg ingedeukt, een echte kuil. Ze zijn echt aan vervanging toe.

Was extremely disappointed, not sure how they had 4 stars with the bedding covered in human hair (facial or pubic) and stale towels. There was no one at the property (self check in) and needed up sharing a single bed with my partner
