Definitely the best hotel we have stayed at in Budva!

We booked two rooms, and both were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there, even the smallest details.

The reception staff and the manager were absolutely wonderful. During our stay, we wanted to make a change to our booking, and although it was outside the usual policy and at the last minute, they did their best to accommodate us, which we really appreciated.

We were also given free access to the spa, including the jacuzzi, which was a lovely surprise. The weather was rainy during our stay, so we ended up spending quite a lot of time at the hotel, and having access to the spa made the experience even better.

Breakfast was generous and offered a good variety of options. One small suggestion would be to include espresso coffee for free, as not everyone prefers filter coffee. That said, the prices were very reasonable.

When we checked out, they asked us about our experience, which we really appreciated because it showed that they genuinely care about their guests and pay attention to the details. They even gave us a small symbolic gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

As tourism operators ourselves, we highly recommend this beautiful place. We would happily stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Персонал работает замечательно, сразу видно, что это не отдельные работники, а команда профессионалов :)
В отеле есть бесплатная зарядка для электромобиля, что для Черногории очень ценно, так как зарядок не много.
Завтраки тоже понравились, не хватало только лимона, но это не критично :) Особенно хочется похвалить разнообразную выпечку.
Уборка номера проводилась каждый день и каждый день нам меняли полотенца, на отдыхе это приятно:)

Cons:

Номер с видом на море по факту оказался номером с видом на Ядранскую магистраль, очень шумную, что даже плотно закрытое окно пропускало звуки. Море было тоже видно, но через магистраль. Второй момент, что прямо под нашими окнами были номера с террасой, и на террасе под нами постоянно курили, днем, и главное ночью. Поэтому мы пробыли все три дня с плотно закрытым окном, а хотелось бы посидеть на балконе, или хотя бы у открытого окна.
И второй момент, в бассейне оба вечера, в субботу, и в воскресенье проводились детские дни рождения, то есть бассейном мы не могли воспользоваться. Хотелось бы иметь об этом информацию заранее( Сауна тоже была нагрета так на 60 градусов.
