大浴場と駅近が期待以上でした。
お部屋も広く快適に過ごしました。
朝食の品数が少なかった。
何といっても海浜幕張駅やアウトレットのすぐ近く位置し、コンビニも併設しているので毎回宿泊させていただいております。館内最上階には大浴場もあり、湯上りにアイスも無料提供してくれてとても満足しています。朝食も2種（海鮮丼定食/とんかつ食べ放題）選ぶことができ、とても良かったです。また機会があったら泊まりたいです。

部屋に独立の洗面台があった点。
コンビニでご飯を買った際にお箸を忘れてしまったが、フロントでいただけて助かりました。
大浴場の洗い場に対してロッカーの数が多いので、混雑状況が部屋で見れても洗い場まえで待つ状況があった。
部屋の隅やトイレにホコリが溜まっていた

駅が近い
シャワーのみだからユニットバスのようにカーテン外へ水が出てしまわないように気にしなくていいところ。
商業施設が多く、特に食べ物は駅南、駅北ともに多い。アウトレット以外はほぼ飲食店しかないかも。営業時間も21時半ラストオーダーが多かった。
コンビニが一階にあるのもよかった。
雨にあまり濡れないルートでホテルまで行ける。
ペットボトルの水がアメニティに含まれている。
エアコンの効きがすごくいい！
夏場はすぐに部屋が冷えると思う。
部屋着（パジャマ）がセパレートタイプ
洗面台の横にシャワールームですが、脱衣所がないため2人で泊まると洗面台の所の壁からはみ出ない様に着脱をする感じがちょっと…せめて目隠し様の仕切りが欲しかった。
部屋が最低限の広さしかないため、2人でキャリーケースだと広げるのも大変。
テーブルはあるけど、小さいため2人でご飯は無理。
他にご飯を食べるスペースがないので、基本は外食。
朝8時を過ぎたくらいから廊下が騒がしく、外国語で女性の話し声ともの音がした。チェックアウトが11時なので、ゆっくり寝ていたが清掃開始が早く、目が覚めてしまった。
部屋もきれいで、ロケーションも非常に良かったです
あと少しベッド周りに余裕があればという感じくらいです
施設が常に清潔に保たれていて、大浴場の冷たいお茶と水サービスがとてもよかった。

スタッフさんの気配り、設備面も申し分なく、カードキーも人数分もらえ、コンビニも併設で駅も近く最高でした。
しいていえば、部屋のシャワーに脱衣場がなかったが、見えないように工夫されていたので問題ないです。大浴場があるので、そちらがメインかと思います。
