スタッフさんは持ち場ごとに最高の対応
Pros:

フロントスタッフさんも清掃スタッフさんも笑顔が素敵でした

朝食担当のスタッフさんも清潔感があり心配りが素敵でした

Cons:

8階のツインルームをシングルユースにしていただいたのですが小さなテーブルは脚の部分に不具合があり大きく傾き飲み物がこぼれました

幕張メッセに近いし駅からも近いし、綺麗なのに安すぎる
大浴場も広くて綺麗やったし、部屋もトイレが綺麗でシャワーも別であって、ロケーションも良かった

ロケーション、サービス、コスパ最高なホテル！
Pros:

海浜幕張駅からも近く、アウトレットパーク、飲食店も入っている商業施設も隣接していてロケーションも最高に良かったです。コンビニもホテル内にあったので、雨降りでも気にせず買物が出来ました。また館内には大浴場、マッサージチェア等もあり疲れをしっかり取ることが出来ました。また機会があったら泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

駅から近く満足であった。
Pros:

大浴場から出るとアイスのサービスがあった。

Pros:

It is a modern business hotel very close to the station and a shopping outlet. The hotel is within a 10 min walk to the convention center and Techno Garden. There is also a grocery within a short walk toward the eastern end of the station, in addition to in-house convenience store. The staff are very nice and helpful too!
The room is a bit bigger than normal business hotel and facilities are relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. There is an option for public bathing on the 9th floor. The separate shower and toilet in the room are convenient for two guests.

またお世話になりたいです。
Pros:

大浴場が清潔で、露天風呂のライティングも綺麗でした。アイスの提供も非常に嬉しかったです。
なにより立地が駅近で非常に便利だった上、受付のスタッフの方々が笑顔で快く対応されていたのも印象的です。

Great place to stay and will stay again if coming to the area
Pros:

Highly recommended! I stayed because of the proximity to the Messe and the station. The staff were very helpful with my requests, the public baths were a nice extra I didn't know of and the beds were comfy. The attached konbini was great too, especially since it was raining and windy at night, you can enter through the hotel lobby

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected but enough room for my big luggage and 2 bags. The breakfast wasn't my style (tonkatsu and breaded fried food among other Japanese food), however, it was made by hand in front of me so that's good to see. I didn't see any fruit.

立地と部屋の居心地は良い一方で、清潔感や朝食には改善の余地があり、全体としては及第点。
Pros:

駅から近く、目的地だった幕張メッセにもアクセスしやすかったので、立地はとても良かったです。
部屋はそこまで広くはありませんでしたが、レイアウトが良く、ベッドの前に大きなテレビがあったため、快適に過ごせました。テレビではYouTube、Netflix、ABEMAなどのネットサービスも利用できたので、部屋でくつろぐには十分でした。

Cons:

アメニティはやや物足りなく感じました。自分が場所に気づけていなかった可能性もありますが、最低限の歯ブラシ、ブラシ、カミソリ程度しか見当たらず、もう少し充実していると良いと思いました。
また、全体的に清潔感が少し気になりました。部屋が明らかに汚れているというほどではありませんが、ほこりが残っている箇所がありました。特に朝食会場は清潔感に欠ける印象で、ドリンクバーの受け皿にジュースが多く溜まっているなど、少し気になる点がありました。
朝食についても、品数が多いわけではなく、味も全体的にやや物足りなく感じました。
