The size of the room with the balcony on the 5th was more than decent, the room was very comfortable and clean. A/C worked well.

Ottimo punto di partenza per la Valnerina
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale sia per Terni, essendo a pochi passi dalla fontana dello zodiaco, sia per esplorare i dintorni (Marmore, Narni, per esempio). Dal punto di vista estetico, l'albergo e la mobilia non sono certamente recenti, anzi, ma tutto è molto curato e ben tenuto. Molto apprezzata la presenza di un parcheggio gratuito (ad esaurimento posti) all'interno della struttura. La camera (n.211) era spaziosa e pulita. Molti punti d'appoggio. Bagno anch'esso spazioso con kit di cortesia completo (anche ciabattine di cortesia). Peccato per la presenza della vasca e non della doccia. La colazione è buona, ci sono almeno 5 tipi diversi di torte, yogurt, croissant, frutta, cereali e anche una parte salata. Cappuccino (da ordinare) ottimo.

Cons:

La camera assegnata aveva la vasca da bagno con una piccola vetrata. Fare la doccia è stato decisamente scomodo, per non allagare il bagno si era costretti a stare in un angoletto.
I tavoli della zona colazione erano troppo vicini tra loro, non c'era privacy e ho trovato poco comode. L'insonorizzazione non è granchè, si sentivano distintamente le voci dei vicini delle camere intorno.
4 euro di tassa di soggiorno a persona a notte mi sembrano esagerate ma non dipende dalla struttura.

Very nice central location, with great food, and staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious every day and plentiful choices to eat. Biancha and Edoardo were excellent hosts. Eddie want out of his way to help me out and provide someone that I communicate in English as Italian is my third language. The ladies did an excellent job cleaning the rooms and providing daily towels.

Cons:

My students that were staying in the rooms without toilet seats were uncomfortable. Could you provide a solution to have toilet seats?

Nice hotel in Terni
Pros:

Spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant.

Cons:

Wifi wasn't great.
Everything was monogrammed, very fancy, but only plastic disposable cups provided.
No kettle/ coffee machine in the room.
