Guests who wish to send luggage to the hotel before check-in must indicate the following on the luggage:

Please note that the Single Room with Shared bathroom has no bathroom or toilet. Bathrooms and toilets are shared and not equipped to the room itself.

The hotel cannot accept luggage delivered more than 1 week prior to the check-in date. Note the hotel does not accept refrigerated or frozen products, and large luggage cannot be stored due to limited storage space.

Please note smoking is strictly prohibited in nonsmoking rooms. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
