交通の便が良かった。

Cons:

ホテルの場所が判り難い。入口付近の画像を付けると判りやすくなります。
前の宿泊者さんの髪の毛が何十本と残っていました。
トイレの便座を上げずに用足しをした宿泊客がいて、便座にベタベタしたものが付着していました。連泊しましたが翌日も全く拭かれていませんでした。

Pros:

立地も良く、新しいバンチャオ地下鉄駅の隣にあり、地下には飲料販売機があり、近くにはコンビニやレストランもあります。 部屋は広々として快適で、共用スペースにはキッチン、ダイニングテーブル、バスルームとトイレ、洗面台があります。 あらゆる面で良いホテルで、私は気に入っています。 私は今回で8回目の日本旅行ですが、とても幸せです。

駅から近いロケーションは良い。騒音と汚さは無視できれば良いと思う

一日中夜も含めて交通の音が凄い。
イヤプラグをしても音が聞こえる。
トイレにペーパーが補充されない。
