POZITIVNÍ myšlení na prvním místě
Pros:

Navzdory příšerným hodnocením nás hotel docela příjemně překvapil, povlečení bylo čisté, koupelna hezky vybavená a nově zrekonstruovaná a přímo ze záchoda je možné si užít krásný výhled ven do ulic Paříže.

Cons:

Personál byl mimořádně protivný, sepsuli nás za nedostatečnou znalost francouzštiny a navzdory takto vysoko nastavené laťce očekávané jazykové úrovně hostů nebyli sami schopni přečíst správně moje příjmení z občanky.
V pokoji jsme poté navázali oční kontakt se švábem lezoucím po stěně a z flekatého koberce vycházel lehký zápach.

Matelas confortable, chambre propre, personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

"fan zone" installée sous nos fenêtres : hurlements jusqu'à une heure du matin, chambre suffocante à notre arrivée, équipée d'un petit ventilateur peu puissant. Support de douche défaillant, eau ayant du mal à évacuer.

A bit disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located 10min away from a main metro station and is surrounded by many shops, bars, and restaurants. Room was basic but reasonable.

Cons:

The bed and pillow were not comfortable. Sheets looked clean to me but I am much less sure about cleanliness of underlying mattress (and given the poor quality of the bed it was hard to avoid touching the mattress).
Bathroom was OK but soap was not of top quality.
I happened to be there in a very hot week: very little air circulation even with open windows (I could not find any trace of A/C) and quite some noise.
Overall quite expensive also on Paris standards. I often visit budget hotels in Paris, but I doubt I will go there again.

Good enough for the price paid
Pros:

Differently to some bad reviews, I found my room pretty clean with no insects or bed bugs at all. Bathroom was also very clean and other surfaces in the room as well

Cons:

The little fridge in my room wasn't really cooling down anything, they should change that one. Also one of the door of the shower was broken in some way and was almost falling down if you didn't handle it with care. A new type of hand wash soup would also be better, felt like the one available wasn't cleaning and was very watery.

Court et efficace mais déçu

Accueil chaleureux, ventilo à disposition et bon quartier

Cons:

Je me réveille avec énormément de boutons en me disant que c’est probablement les moustiques (je n’ai pas ouvert la fenêtre) mais arrivée chez moi je constate encore + de boutons très bizarres et en lisant les avis, je ne suis pas la seule à avoir eu la même chose et que c’est probablement des punaises de lit. Les draps du dessus avaient l’air très vieux et c’était très désagréable à dormir dedans. Peut-être revoir la propreté des chambres parce que vous êtes quand même un chouette personnel avec un bon établissement ce serait dommage, jusque là niveau qualité prix ce n’est pas ça du tout vu les boutons que je me suis attrapé ça ne vaut pas 60€/70€. Bon courage pour la suite.

Un tarif plus attractifs que ses concurrens a proximité, on comprend vite pourquoi
Pros:

Hotel tres bien situé, chambres avec une belle esthétique

Cons:

Clair manque de propreté, presence de blattes, personnel qui fume a l'entrée de l'établissement avec la fumée qui rentre, demande de reglement de la taxe de séjour en espece
