Pros:

Great location in the center of Parma. Helpful staff. Very detailed parking and driving instructions to avoid ZTL fines. Good breakfast.

Gorgeous quirky little hotel, great location and really clean! Denise was extremely helpful, after a couple of very hot days elsewhere we were so grateful for the AC - we loved it here.
