Una perla al centro di Parma
Pros:

Un hotel in pieno stile primi del '900, arredato con cura e gusto. La nostra camera aveva tutto ciò che serviva: wi-fi, climatizzatore, TV, telefono, un bagno privato pulitissimo e nuovo.
Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile dal primo momento. Ci hanno guidato in tutto e ci hanno anche fatto una bella sorpresa assegnandoci una stanza deliziosa con balcone e vista sul borgo adiacente. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.
Un posto in cui tornare volentieri.

Une très belle adresse
Pros:

Excellent séjour ! Hôtel parfaitement situé, très propre et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le personnel est accueillant et tout était impeccable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : un sourire en plus au petit-déjeuner aurait été apprécié.

Era un po rumoroso l’affaccio all’interno e la camera vicina al sottotetto aveva sicuramente un problema con i piccioni che facevano da sveglia molto presto!

Si sono organizzati giù nella hall con bottiglie di acqua che purtroppo dopo 5 minuti erano già calde.

The location of this hotel is in the center of Parma, Very classical, but beautiful. The staff was very helpful and helped us to do an earlier checkup, even before their opening times. Recommended
