トイレのドアが重かった
Fully on brand fro Muji, clean & minimalist but comfy and functional. Staff were really friendly on the few encounters, and helped us with shipping luggage to our next hotel. The lounge was nice to chill late afternoon with free snack and drinks. Location is great to be in central Ginza area.
Breakfast was quite pricey (4,000yen) so we skipped it in favour of local cafes.

It was nice but for the price I felt could be nicer. However this is Tokyo.
We stayed at the Muji Hotel in Ginza, Tokyo again this year, after having stayed there with my family last year as well. The architecture, aesthetics, cleanliness and location of the hotel are excellent, and it's a genuinely comfortable place to stay. The multiple lighting and temperature settings in the room are also a nice, practical touch.
However, compared to last year, there was a noticeable drop in quality this time. To start with breakfast: although breakfast hours are stated as 7:00-10:00, the buffet starts being cleared as early as 9:35, leaving essentially nothing available in the last 20 minutes, and guests are then asked to leave the restaurant area at 10:00. This is a fairly unreasonable practice — if breakfast hours are advertised as 7-10, guests should still be able to have a proper breakfast during that final 20-minute window. Otherwise, the stated hours should simply be changed to 7:00-9:30 to reflect reality.
In addition, buffet items are never replenished until they're completely finished. For example, if only a single piece of pineapple is left in the fruit bowl, staff won't refill the dish until someone takes that very last piece — meaning guests are effectively expected to scrape the plate clean before it gets restocked. This is a strange and guest-unfriendly system.
The evening snack buffet (4-9 PM) also showed a major drop in variety compared to last year. Items that used to be available — fruit juices, various cheeses, assorted biscuits, and packaged mini cakes — were gone, replaced with just a small individually wrapped slice of cheddar cheese.
Overall, while the hotel remains comfortable, clean, and aesthetically impressive, I felt this year that it no longer delivers value for the price paid.

The rooms are not very big but very comfortable and have Muji amenities we loved. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel , the amenties provided, the cleanliness was exceptional. the hotel staff was also very helpful. moreover, the flagship store MUJI was there was the main reason, why i booked the hotel.
The food was ok. it could have been made little better for a vegetarian person. the options for vegetarian person was less....may be they could some tofu dishes..but overall all was good, especially the tea varieties provided.
Close to boutiques and restaurants, right above flagship muji store. less than 10min walk to Yurakucho JR station. Free lounge with snacks was adequate. Rooms are very aesthetically pleasing. Room amenities are good and from Muji
No nearby convenience stores, you have to go to the main road closer towards Yurakucho station to get to one. Room rates are pricey even during low season. No gym and business centre. Staff could be a bit more attentive and friendlier.

Very convenient location. Room is neat and clean equipped with MUJI amenities. Love the essential oil vaporiser and the lighting system.
Very limited food provision in the restaurant. Dinner is not available.
