施設は古いが、スタッフが親切
Pros:

駅に近く立地が良い。

Cons:

部屋は良いが、バストイレが狭い。建物自体が古いので、仕方ないかな。アパホテル等と比べると古い。

Decent for the money. Clean rooms, working a/c, & decent beds. Best aspect is its location.
Pros:

We liked the location and the convenience it had, beds were clean and comfy as is the room. Air conditioner blew cold.

Cons:

Bed pillows were thin to my liking, but you could sleep on them. Water fountain downstairs didnt work.

Pros:

位在京城上野車站正對面，搭車出站只要一分鐘即可抵達、緊鄰上野公園，晚上可以在公園散步、喝酒，便利性超級高。接待櫃台人員非常親切，check out到時候還遇到一位來過台灣超過20次的櫃檯先生，整體服務上非常和善溫暖！昭和年代的旅館，設備部分可能不能太要求，但是以隔天要去搭機，最後一晚睡一下的條件下，在價錢上是相當的划算，是很不錯的選擇。

Cons:

冷氣的部分有更新，只是出風口角度會正吹到頭，因此需要反過來睡才能避免，也許可以考慮安裝導流設備。廁所部分沒有免治馬桶坐墊，在日本旅館方面是比較少見的。

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, szczególnie w stosunku do ceny! Bezpośrednio obok parku Ueno, obok podziemne przejście na Stację Ueno.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, jest to hotel biznesowy, recepcja jest obsługiwana przez paru starszych panów.

Hotel jest rzeczywiście starszy, ale widać że jest w trakcie modernizacji (np. klimatyzacja na pewno jest nowa, sterowana przez panel przy łóżkach). Mimo to jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. Instalacje są raczej standardowe i nie odstają jakością od innych hoteli w Tokyo, nawet w wyższej cenie.

Przed hotelem znajduje się automat z napojami, kilka metrów dalej Konbini. Bardzo blisko jest też więcej lokali i sklepów oraz Ameyoko market.

Cons:

Pokój jest mały, łazienka też, ale jest to zaznaczone w opisie, więc można się spodziewać. Podróżowałem w dwie osoby, trzeba było się trochę nakombinować gdzie rozłożyć walizki.

Lokalizacja i cena rekompensują drobną niedogodność
