Pros:

The location is unbeatable. I walked out of the train station after taking the skyliner from the airport and the hotel was right in front of me - no searching, no walking.

Cons:

It’s a little worn, but that doesn’t affect your experience. It’s clean and comfortable and the man on reception was nice.

Pros:

One of the staff, possibly the owner, was extremely friendly and spoke English very well, which was helpful given it was day 2 for us and we were very jetlagged. He shared how he had lived in America when he was much younger and showed us artwork of him when he was there. Very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The hotel is a little rundown, but still very clean and great location!

駅に近く立地が良い。

部屋は良いが、バストイレが狭い。建物自体が古いので、仕方ないかな。アパホテル等と比べると古い。

Decent for the money. Clean rooms, working a/c, & decent beds. Best aspect is its location.
Pros:

We liked the location and the convenience it had, beds were clean and comfy as is the room. Air conditioner blew cold.

Cons:

Bed pillows were thin to my liking, but you could sleep on them. Water fountain downstairs didnt work.

Pros:

位在京城上野車站正對面，搭車出站只要一分鐘即可抵達、緊鄰上野公園，晚上可以在公園散步、喝酒，便利性超級高。接待櫃台人員非常親切，check out到時候還遇到一位來過台灣超過20次的櫃檯先生，整體服務上非常和善溫暖！昭和年代的旅館，設備部分可能不能太要求，但是以隔天要去搭機，最後一晚睡一下的條件下，在價錢上是相當的划算，是很不錯的選擇。

Cons:

冷氣的部分有更新，只是出風口角度會正吹到頭，因此需要反過來睡才能避免，也許可以考慮安裝導流設備。廁所部分沒有免治馬桶坐墊，在日本旅館方面是比較少見的。
