המלון מרוחק, המתקנים ישנים, האוכל סביר ולא יותר מזה. השירותים ומקלחת קטנים מאוד, ואין מרפסת בחדר.

צוות מאוד שירותי בקבלה ובחדר האוכל .בריכה מצויינת חדרים נקיים מאוד. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת וגם ארוחת ערב טובה מאוד מגישים בכל ערב מרק טרי. מיקום המלון מנצח ! קרוב לחוף הכי יפה באילת חוף אלמוג השופע בדגים צבעוניים וכיף לשנרקל שם. זאת הפעם הרביעית שחוזרים למלון הזה. המיטה מאוד נוחה קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לים ולבריכה.
היינו באגף המשופץ עם נוף מהמם לים ולבריכה הדבר היחיד שהיה פחות נוח זה חדר הרחצה הקטן יחסית .ואין מרפסת למי שזה מפריע

I was Booking with booking. Com 1 room with 2 adults and 1, 12 years old child, youve asked me the age of my child and gave me an ootion to book the room, when i got to the hotel they charge me 500 shekels more saying the child ive booked was 0 years old, which doesn't make sense, it felt like cheating
הצוות נתן שירות מעל ומעבר באדיבות, מענה מהיר לכל פניה .האוכל היה ברמה גבוהה עם מבחר רב. בהחלט מומלץ למרות שהמיקום קצת רחוק מהמרכז
בריכה נעימה, מיקום שקט 500מ מחוף האלמוגים, צוות מעולה
ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל קצת חלשה בהשוואה למלונות ישראלים אחרים (המאפים קצת יבשים , עוגות פשוטות מכוסות אבקת סוכר), עמדת חביתות מעולה
ההקפדה על הנקיון וריח המלון.

בא.הבוקר המאפים לחמניות בורקסים יבשים מאוד לא מרגיש טרי
רצוי מכונת קפה בחדר , או במקום אחר נגיש זה מוסיף ועושה את ההבדל.
לא היה קבלת פנים של שתיה קרה או מאפה בכניסה ו או בחדר ביום של הצ'ק אין.
נאמר לנו שיש חוב מהסנייקבר ,זה לא היה ברור איך מחייבים ללא אימות של שם ת"ז...לא חוייבנו לבסוף על משהו שלא רכשנו.צריך לשים לב כי לא תמיד עוברים לעשות צ'קאוט מסודר ויכולים לחייב את האשראי.
