Pros:

Perfecte locatie in het centrum maar geen geluidsoverlast. Buitenzitje en goed bed.

Cons:

Geen waterkoker, wel een koffieapparaat waar heet water uitkomt.
Geen reactie toen we om late uitcheck vroegen.

Pokój bez śniadania. - zrobiliśmy sobie sami i było super. Wygodny pokój, z kameralnym miejscem dla relaksu. Uwaga - pokój jest na poddaszu. Ostrzeżenie - Z powodu belkowania i skosów osoba otyła nie wejdzie ani do WC, ani do łazienki.

Fijne locatie en groot bed

Cons:

Er is geen badkamer. Douche en toilet zitten achter een kastdeur/schuifdeur, waardoor je geen privacy hebt. Wasbak in de kamer.

Great hotel but NOT for cyclists.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean and modern rooms,

Cons:

Bikes are not allowed in the hotel but maybe just a simple little lock-up space for Bikes in or near the hotel would be a really useful facility....especially as many visitors to Ghent ride Bikes.... it's a big part of the city's culture and identity.

Het hotel voldoet aan alles, maar het is onpersoonlijk.

Proper, super ligging en weinig tot geen geluiden van buiten te horen (zelfs tijdens de Gentse Feesten!)
Pros:

Alles was netjes en proper. We zijn geweest tijdens de Gentse feesten, je ligt dan op 200 m van het Luisterplein, maar je hoort niks, zeer goed geïsoleerd.
De kamer is compact maar heeft alles dat nodig is!

Vlotte communicatie over in en uitchecken in deze accommodatie zonder fysieke receptie .

Cons:

De toestand van het bedlinnen. Er zaten verschillende bloedvlekjes op de overtrek en de kussenslopen. Het was mij niet duidelijk of het beddengoed slecht of zelfs niet gewassen was.

Pros:

Very good air conditioning and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The layout of the room was bad. The shower and toilet are 2 cabins that are holes in the wall, separated from the bed by a sliding door. The wall between the toilet cabin and the shower cabin is not a full wall, it has a big gap on top. No privacy at all. Not a good layout if you are not a couple sadly. Sink is also in the bedroom and not the bathroom cabin. Shower flooded very easily and made a puddle outside the shower cabin directly on the bedroom floor. Last but not least, TV is half behind a wall and cannot be moved. You cannot see the full TV from the bed.

Good value and comfort but some things to be aware of
Pros:

I booked this hotel as I was in Ghent for a conference and wanted to keep costs low. I prioritized convenient location, price, and air conditioning, and the hotel delivered on these. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it was great to have a minifridge even in a room this small. The location was fairly quiet but was only a short walk from a tram station as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, and sights. The "compact" room does indeed have a toilet and shower hiding in a closet, but they were perfectly sufficient for my needs. Arranging a late checkout was easy, and staff communication was great--not sure why other reviewers had issues, but if you use their WhatsApp you should get a speedy response. I would stay here again as a solo traveler.

Cons:

The location is not at all well marked, and my taxi driver couldn't find it and dropped me off at the top of the street. I had trouble finding it at first as well but finally saw the keypad for entry. There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and narrow, making navigating them with even a rolling carryon something of a struggle. This room would be a challenge for two people as it is very small. The closet bathroom has sliding doors, so you can't have privacy in the shower because you can't open the sliding door from inside the shower. You also have to slide the door over the shower to use the toilet. This was fine for me traveling solo, but I wouldn't book a Compact room for 2 people.
