Pros:

Locatie minunata, curata, confortabila, langa lacul belis. Mic dejun copios, preparatele de la restaurantul hotelului, foarte gustoase. Personal amabil, in special doamna de la receptie.

Cons:

In prima seara la restaurantul hotelului, unde in general era ambianta placuta si muzica frumoasa, potrivita cu peisajul magnific ce se vede de pe terasa, li s'a dat voie unui grup de trogliditi sa vina cu boxa la cina pe terasa, spre discomfortul tuturor si jignirea peisajului si a atmosferei cu muzica tare, nepotrivita si nedorita.

Foarte frumos pozitionat ! Curat , lenjerii si prosoape curate , albe , personal amabil , liniste .

Cons:

Hotelul nu mai are restaurant propriu iar pentru mic dejun exista o colaborare cu restaurantul din apropiere , de altfel singurul ! Micul dejun consta din foarte multe alimente cumparate si prea putine preparate in restaurant dar aveai ce sa mananci . Am luat un pranz si o cina in timpul sejurului , serviciile de servire sunt dezastru , ne-au incurcat comenzile de mai multe ori , partea buna e ca mancarea e gustoasa .

Priveliște de Elveția, în inima României
Pros:

Personalul de la recepție a fost foarte amabil, curățenia impecabilă, iar priveliștea superbă. În rest, totul a fost în regulă și ne-am simțit foarte bine. +pet friendly

Cons:

Camerele ar avea nevoie de o mică renovare sau modernizare, însă sunt perfect funcționale și oferă tot ceea ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil.

Nice place, but bad beds.
Pros:

Very friendly and polite staff, they deserve a raise. Nice location too, amazing view.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and we had to leave a day early because we couldn't sleep all night. I would recommend buying toppers for the beds.

Piękny widok na jezioro. Dobra cena, smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Lata świetności hotel ma już dawno za sobą, sporo rzeczy zasługuje już na wymianę lub remont. Łóżko skrzypiące przy każdym ruchu, rozwalający się prysznic, źle spasowane drzwi itp
