A remote, relaxing off the track licatuon that loved it.
Pros:

This is a very relaxing and remote little Ecco venue, with a perfect setting but you are off the beaten track when it coming to food. There is a restaurant at the venue in the day but quite pricey. A very nice Thai restaurant about a 15 minute walk for dinner but again expensive. Lots of little beach bars to f you walk along by the road.

Cons:

Nothing really I except not having a restaurant at night. But there are a few by. This morning a a venue to relax. Very nice staff and loved the rustic location.

Le ciel ,le soleil et la mer etc..mais dommage pour la cabane

La vue magnifique et le personnel est très agréable ,

Cons:

Les cabanes sont trop vieilles,le bois s’effrite,les clous dépassent ,il y a des bâches sur les toits pour l’étanchéité,
Les repas sur place sont très cher,
L‘hôtel est sur la réserve du parc du jaguar et donc il faut payer chaque jour 125 pesos par personne,cela devrait être sur l’annonce .
Le réchauffement climatique fait qu’il y a énormément de sargasses

Un lugar mágico de la naturaleza!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en Playa Esperanza. 🤍 Desde nuestra llegada todo el personal fue súper amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir cómodos a mi papá y a mi, bien recibidos en todo momento!

La ubicación nos encantó porque permite disfrutar mucha tranquilidad y al mismo tiempo estar cerca de lugares muy bonitos. El ambiente del hotel es relajante, rodeado de naturaleza y con una vibra perfecta para descansar de verdad y cargar energía hermosa!

La alberca fue de nuestros lugares favoritos para relajarnos y la cercanía con la playa hizo toda la experiencia todavía más especial. Además, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y fue un súper plus comenzar cada mañana así. ✨

Sin duda fue un viaje lleno de momentos hermosos y gran parte de eso fue gracias a lo agradable y acogedor que resultó hospedarnos aquí. ¡Nos vamos felices y con muchísimas ganas de volver! 🌴☀️

Il posto più bello che abbia mai visto, lo raccomando a tutti.
Pros:

Tutto, é stato il soggiorno migliore della mia vita. Posto incredibile e posizione perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi ma al contempo essere vicino al sito archeologico di Tulum.

Cons:

Purtroppo nel periodo in cui sono andata io la spiaggia era piena di Sargasso, per cui è stato impossibile posterai fare il bagno a mare, anche se questa chiaramente è una variabile che non dipende dalla struttura.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel déconnexion totale

Cons:

Nous avions louée une chambre bungalow et avons passé une nuit horrible car la clime ne fonctionnait pas et le ventilateur n’est pas au dessus du lit. Impossible de respirer avec la chaleur, de plus le confort très sommaire la vasque du robinet même pas collée au meuble.
Nous avons souhaitez partir plus tôt mais n’avons pas été remboursé même si un changement de chambre nous a été proposé.

Pas d’eau fraîche dans les chambres non plus.

Pas du ressort de l’hôtel mais la plage impraticable tellement il y a d’algues impossible de se baigner ce qui est bien dommage au vue de l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Service Personal am Strand ist aufmerksam mit den Getränken, jungleartige Atmosphäre, Außendusche sehr schön mit angenehmen Duschprodukten. Ein schönes drumherum

Erst mal muss man für den naturschutzpark Eintritt zahlen! - davon war beim buchen nie die Rede, sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht! Wir versuchen dieses Geld über booking wieder zu erhalten.
Mückenplage 3000. Man wird zerstochen bis zum geht nicht mehr. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten sprays usw können das nicht stoppen. Das hotel ist richtig ab vom Schuss!!! 400 Pesos in die stadt und dann evtl nochmal Eintritt zahlen wenn man Pech hat. Vor Ort kann man nach 17 Uhr keine Getränke kaufen. Somit saßen wir durstig dort. Also alles weniger zu empfehlen und die guten Rezensionen können wir nicht verstehen für dieses Geld + extra Geld!
Klimaanlage geht erst ab 21 Uhr an, somit schwitzt man extrem und es ist nicht auszuhalten im Zimmer. Wir würden dieses hotel auf keinen Fall nochmal besuchen. Auch auf anfrage bei einer angestellten das wir durstig seien wurde uns nur angeboten Snacks zu kaufen.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel playa esperanza fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y cuidados.

Queremos destacar especialmente a Mario, quien fue sumamente atento y servicial con nosotros desde nuestra llegada. Su amabilidad y disposición realmente marcaron la diferencia y hicieron que todo fuera aún más especial.

Además, estamos muy agradecidos por el upgrade que recibimos, fue un detalle increíble que elevó aún más nuestra experiencia. La habitación, el ambiente y el servicio en general fueron impecables.

Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estadía inolvidable frente al mar. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Very beautiful location and next to everything

Location is very nice, it’s on white sand beach, they have a nice pool. There is restaurants around. Rooms are nice.

Cons:

Property is in Jaguar park to enter you need pay everyday if you want to use the electric shuttle. It’s unnecessary and feels like a scam.
