Clean tidy,well maintained.
Staff are excellent,Annie taking care of business at front desk,assisting us in organising our day trips.
Jacob a massive assett to the hotel,while taking care of the breakfast bar,filling every guest with his wealth of knowledge.
Location is a little out of the way.
Access can be a bit daunting if walking along streets nearby due to traffic and footpaths filled with scooters,have to walk onto road to get past.
Amazing pool and the apartment size was great. Good facilities including a washing machine. Jacob who was our breakfast host was lovely and informative, he gave us some great tips and is a credit to the hotel.
The immediate location wasn't nice for walking - really need to catch a grab to get to restaurants, shopping etc
Room is very clean and spacious, and great that it has a washing machine also. The staff are fantastic and each of them go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. I had one small issue with the room at 11pm at night and the staff dealt with it immediately and even offered me a different room. Not all hotels would have been so helpful. Breakfast is also very yummy, and Hoang was fantastic at recommending things to do in the city and he was always available to help if I needed any assistance with anything, which I really appreciated! The staff really made me feel welcome.
Not the hotel’s fault - but the pavements on the nearby streets make it difficult to explore the immediate area by foot. Best to use a taxi to get about.
The Staff were sensational, especially Annie,and Trung they were, so very helpful, professional went above and beyond what I expected.
My room was very clean, spacious, with all amenities one could possibly want.

Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner. Tout était très propre, calme et bien insonorisé, avec une équipe vraiment adorable, disponible et toujours prête à aider.
Le personnel nous a notamment aidés à organiser une excursion dans la baie d’Halong, qui a été magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent également, avec un personnel très attentionné. C’est ici que j’ai goûté mon premier pho au Vietnam, et il était tellement bon que j’en ai mangé presque tous les jours pendant notre séjour.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites facilités sur place, comme la possibilité de cuisiner et de laver nos vêtements, avec même la lessive fournie. L’équipe de ménage était également remarquable.
Pour mon premier voyage au Vietnam, c’était un excellent choix pour passer une semaine et demie. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Breakfast was great, delisious. Location was good, nice view. We liked the design of the room, bathroom, conditioning. Staff is very nice and supportive. There is pickleball next to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, great staff and the room was spacious! I also had a view of the giant buddha from my balcony.
Location feels a little isolated, but there were a few massage parlors and a 7/11.

Une excellente expérience dans cet établissement! Tout était super! L'appartement est grand, les installations (gym et piscine) étaient très appréciée, et mention spéciale pour le staff et en particulier Hoang, Ange et Tuan Anh qui ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide exceptionnelle :)
On a été très bien accueillis, conseillé, et aidé pour notre séjour et nos déplacements. Ce genre d'accueil donne envie de revenir. Je recommande à 100%!
