期待以上！次回も利用したい！
Pros:

◎3泊4日利用／未就学児2名を連れてでしたので2ベッドルームを予約（日本人ファミリーです）
【立地】
・旧市街から10分程であるが、とても静かで昼夜問わず快適
・ホテルから2分程度でWinmart（コンビニのような場所）や、5分程でFUJIスーパー（小さなスーパー）あり
・騒音は苦手、観光地へのアクセスは妥協できない方にはベストなホテル
【衛生】
・室内プールやジムはほぼ貸し切り状態で、ごみや虫もおらず常時清潔
・部屋はシーツ含め清潔で、スタッフは清掃員含めて廊下で靴を脱いでくれる
・潔癖気味の私でも、毎日気持ちよく過ごせるレベルで掃除が行き届いている
・水回り含め、消耗品は毎日新しいものを準備してくれる
【対応】
・スタッフは明るく優しい方ばかり
・ホテルと常時メッセージがとれるLINEがあるので、英語やベトナム語ができなくても気軽に質問や問い合わせが可能
・偶然お会いした「オーナー様」は日本人でありながら、ベトナム滞在者であり現地にとても詳しい
・オーナー様含めスタッフの皆様は、子供に対しても笑顔で対応、見守ってくれ、安心できる
【設備】
・冷蔵庫、洗濯機、食器、包丁、鍋類、レンジの設備は長期滞在や子連れには最高
・お風呂やシャワーの水圧・バスタブは文句なし、バスタブもすぐ溜めることが可能
・トイレは日本製のTOTO、海外ホテルでは珍しいウォシュレット付き
・カーテンの遮光、エアコンの効きは完璧です

◎気になる点は全くございませんが、欲を言えば…という点
・夕食時は旧市街までのルートは渋滞で20～30分かかることもある
・徒歩圏内でのレストランは比較的ローカル
・室内プールは陽が沈むごとに水温が下がるので午前の利用がおすすめ

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten. Ein Bett war sozusagen auf der zweiten Ebene im Wohnzimmer und das zweite in einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Das Bad war auch groß und mit einem Fenster. Im Pool konnte man sich am Abend gut abkühlen. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber.

Pros:

One of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything felt modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a full kitchen, making it perfect even for longer stays. I only stayed for one night at the end of my trip, but I really appreciated how well equipped it was.

The large balcony was a lovely bonus, and having a bathtub was something I don't often find in Asia. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the indoor swimming pool with a sauna was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Hanoi.

The mattress was on the firmer side, but the hotel clearly mentions this in advance and even offers a mattress topper free of charge. I requested one, and the bed was very comfortable.

The washer-dryer worked perfectly and was incredibly useful after a long trip.

I would definitely stay here again.
