I stayed in 2023 and glad I came back. Great apartment for the 3 of us. Lots of space to relax. Nice to have the pool and gym facilities.

it is not five star hotel
The rooms are pretty comfy and large for a family staying requiring multiple rooms. Everything is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful
It's basically a building of service apartments that a few floors are rented for visitors, it's OK if you need somewhere to stay in the westlake area other than that it's a pretty basic place
Room had a good quality finish, clean, with crisp linens & all the required basics
Staff were very friendly and the owner took a personal interest in doing his best, such as offering free airport transfer on departure following a hotel caused check in delay
Breakfast was served daily in a vacant room which it made it feel cafeteria style & cramped
Bed was very hard, which is not what youre after at night after being out exploring most of the day
Saunas are separated by gender which was disappointing when you want to enjoy it with your partner
Not convenient to the old quarter if thats in your plans, otherwsie a good location
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is what you expect of a 5 star hotel. There was a washing machine/dryer in the room. It was a real plus. Its not directly on the west lake, but about 10 minutes walk.
If I just want to complain 🙂, the view was not that great from my room.

Rooms were well equipped, cleaned daily and were comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was great for doing laundry and detergent was provided. Staff were very accommodating and breakfast options were great.
Pool was colder than anticipated - was suited for swimming lengths but not really for a casual dip.
Das Hotel bietet viel Komfort. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Poolbereich ist schön. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist klein, aber fein (Pho, Früchte, Sandwiches oder Crossaints). Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten!
Der Frühstücksraum ist in einem Hotelzimmer untergebracht, was etwas eigen ist. Man darf das Frühstück aber mit aufs Zimmer nehmen, wenn der Raum voll ist.
