Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Light Hotel Jinan, and would gladly book it again.
The location is excellent. The hotel is right next to Rsun Plaza (Hongyang Plaza) and Impression Jinan, so shopping, restaurants and cafés are literally a short walk away. Jinan West Railway Station is also very convenient, which made arriving and leaving easy. Everything we needed was close by.
The staff were outstanding. From check-in to checkout they were warm, patient and genuinely helpful. They assisted with taxis, local advice and every small request we had. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel welcome the whole time.
The rooms were spotless, modern and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The room was quiet and well designed — perfect after a long day.
Breakfast was superb. The buffet offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including fresh noodles, eggs, local dishes, fruit, pastry and coffee. Everything tasted fresh, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. We looked forward to breakfast every morning.
Overall: great location next to Rsun Plaza, outstanding staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
