Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht stimmig

die ruhige Lage war sehr schön !

Cons:

Die vielen Fliegen am und auf dem Frühstücksbuffet waren lästig, mit entsprechenden Abdeckungen wie bei anderen Hotels wurde leider nicht gearbeitet. Der Indoor-Pool war viel zu warm, das ist dann bei Außentemperaturen von über 35 Grad keine Erfrischung ! Die Parkplatzsituation ist völlig unzureichend. Es wird auch keine Lösung angeboten. Es gibt leider keine guten Wegweiser im Haus. Die kleine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer ist nicht kostenlos. In den meisten Hotels, ist das gratis und gehört eigentlich zum Standard

- The location is very good and the view beautiful

- Staff was very rude - when we called to change the room as it was advertised differently they told my partner to send 'her husband' to the reception
- Room not as showcased on pictures on booking platform - when we complained hotel offered EUR 30 as a recompensation only (whereas the room costs over EUR 200)

Pros:

staff in the restaurant were friendly

Cons:

Small room and very small bed, located under the roof with poor ventilation and uncomfortable heat. Weak sound insulation — noise from neighboring rooms clearly heard at night.
After I called the reception about nighttime noise, a woman (likely the owner/manager) came to my room in a bathrobe, speaking loudly and aggressively and demanding explanations. No measures were taken regarding the noisy neighboring room; instead, the interaction was directed only at my room, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. The issue was not properly resolved, and sleep was still disturbed afterward.
Reception was not available upon arrival; I had to find assistance myself. Some hotel policies (spa hours, restaurant ordering requirements) were not clearly communicated in advance.
Overall, the experience does not match a 4-star hotel standard.

Wer 60er bis 80er Jahre Style mag, wird dieses Hotel lieben.
Pros:

Phantastische Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick, die Sauna-Landschaft hat die 4 Sterne absolut verdient.
Alles andere ist absolut veraltert.
Das Frühstück ist angemessen.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein winziges komplett mit Holz verkleidetes Zimmer mit altmodischer Einrichtung. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Schrecklich war, dass auf meinem Balkon plötzlich eine fremde Person saß, denn es gibt eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, die vergessen wurde, dass sie gesperrt wird. Ich habe mich sehr erschreckt und das Gefühl der Privatsphäre damit verloren. Ein Entgegenkommen/ Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels gab es nicht.
Wo das Hotel die 4 Sterne her hat? Vielleicht im Lotto gewonnen.

Im Internet wird mit Kühlschrank im Zimmer geworben. Praktisch handelt es sich um eine Zimmerbar, die "... nicht wie ein persönlicher Kühlschrank..." verwendet werden darf. Zwar verständlich aber widersprüchlich.

Leider stehen nicht ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Zimmerausstattung wirkt sehr veraltet, und die Betten knarzten bereits bei kleinsten Bewegungen. Auch der Speiseraum ist in einem eher altmodischen Stil gehalten. Zudem wird Barzahlung bevorzugt; Kartenzahlung ist erst ab einem Betrag von 100 € möglich, was heutzutage nicht mehr zeitgemäß erscheint.

Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Leckere Speisen! Gegen einen geringen Obulus wird ein überdachter Kfz-Stellplatz angeboten.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit kleinem Fenster, was das Lüften erschwerte, und leider in Teilen geringer Stehhöhe..

Gutes Frühstück, ausgenommen der Kaffee. Zimmer war nett möbliert, sauber und mit Balkon und Bergblick.
Sehr schöne Außengestaltung des Hotels.

Cons:

Parkplatzmangel beim Hotelparkplatz selbst und auch in der Umgebung (dort Kurzparkzone mit Parkuhr 1 Std. oder
Parkverbot). Kannenkaffee ohne guten Kaffeegeschmack. Kein Kaffeespezialtiätenautomat zur Selbstbedienung.Fester Frühstückstisch wird mit Nummer zugeteilt. Essbereich teilweise (nur beim Kachelofen und Durchgang zur
Rezeption) sehr unschön und auch etwas beengt zu sitzen aufgrund (nur dort)austauschbedürftiger düsterer Möblierung in 80er Jahre Wirtshausoptik und erforderlichem künstlichem Licht auch im Sommer beim Frühstück.Im Comfort Doppelzimmer gab es keine Kofferablagen, sodass hierfür Stuhl, Tisch oder Fussboden genutzt werden mussten. Bettmatraze war durchgelegen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht.
