The exterior of the property was okay and clean.
The rooms we were assigned to were alright.
The decor of the rooms was dark brown so gave a dank feel. The shower system was rusted and there was a dingy bucket in a corner( at least a nicer looking bucket would have been better)
Loved the bed and the size of the room. Location as well.
Would have been higher but the water genuinely stinks and breakfast should be room service. The breakfast area is so so cramped.
The staffs were amazing. Very warm and accomodating. I highly recommend.
The location is superb, its a bit closer to everywhere.
The water from the bathroom did not appear too neat and its hard so you should prepare for that.

Good location, clean, quiet, good restaurant and bar inside the hotel with good food. Staff are nice and friendly.
Breakfast place is too small and nobody serves outside the room. I need to take my breakfast, fork, coffee, napkins everything outside by myself because it’s full of people in the room with no available seats. Yet no one serves me outside.

Room not ready , room not toddy, no soap, toilet paper in the room, had to call reception for toilet paper
Mostly how the staffs that’s attended to us was calm and hospitable.
Mosquitos,taking my order without asking if I needed more sun ice or not,we were both served a very spicy food without being asked,considering my partner is white and I’m an ulcer patient .Also,I couldn’t use Netflix on the tv,there was terrible wifi services .
Breakfast was okay, just there really, but a great location and stay nonetheless
WiFi was frustrating, basically had to connect the TV in the room and all my devices to my personal hotspot which was also frustrating because network wasn't so good at the location.
The rooms in comfortable and WiFi is good
The hotel calls and wakes you up 3hrs before check out which makes no sense, they interrupt your sleep and when you complain they still keep doing it. It’s very bad for someone who is trying to get some sleep after a night out
