Удобное месторасположение на трассе.
Pros:

Отличное место для ночевки по трассе Киев-Львов. Чистые номера. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Завтрак за дополнительную плату не соответствует цене. 10 долларов за два яйца, две сосиски и чайную ложку тушеных бобов. Дороговато.

Cons:

Сильний запах антисептика в номері.
Шумний як радянський холодильник кондиціонер, довелось відключати вночі.
Відсутність чайника, холодильника, тапок.
Дошки підлоги на балконі, на які неможна ступати, бо вони розсохлися і піднімаються, перила, які шатаються, двері, які не зачиняються ззовні.
Щелина в дверях душової, через яку л'єтся вода.
Один ключ на двомісний номер.
Шум з траси і з ресторану.
