Cons:

There was no water, and when I spoke to the staff, they said they were going to fix it. It took about four hours, so I spoke to them again. I told them there was no water in the hotel, and they said, "Yes, right now." I think they disconnect the water to save money. I had arranged a tour with the hotel at reception, and when I went to pay that night, there was another man there who said he knew nothing about it. I told him I had spoken to the man and asked him to call the other man, but they didn't give me any information, so I had to cancel the tour. I felt it was very unprofessional, especially since I was only staying three days and needed to make arrangements.

Pros:

يوجد الفندق في موقع ممتاز قريب من الكورنيش.
الفندق يقدم فطار جد بسيط ولكن متكامل.
غرفة كبيرة و مجهزة بثلاجة و سرير مريح.

Cons:

اشغال الإصلاحات و البناء كانت في الفندق و جانب الفندق و اصواتها كانت تزعج طوال النهار.
بجانب الفندق توجد مدرسة كبيرة: صراخ الأطفال و مكبرات صوت المدرسة كان يزعج في الصباح.

Отличный бассейн, можно хорошо проводить время, купаться и позагорать. Не воняло хлоркой. Персонал очень доброжелателен. Очень понравился дедушка который раздает завтраки. У отеля отличное расположение.

Cons:

Отель требует капитального ремонта. Кондиционеры очень гудят. Wi-Fi в номере не работал. Горячая вода была с перебоями. За четыре дня нам так и не поменяли постельное белье и не дали новых полотенец. Нет Геля для душа, шампуня, тапочек. Ну за такую цену требовать чего-то шикарного не стоит. Вариант для тех кому нужен отель только переночевать.

员工非常好，前台的姐姐非常耐心热情的接待了我，在我退房时手机流量遇到了一点问题，她也很耐心的帮我解决了。非常感谢。地理位置适合我，步行到渡口只需要三四分钟，而且尼罗河沿岸的步行道在白天的商贩散去后十分舒适
