The location and the rooms
Poor lighting in the bathroom. The TV system was not working on more than one occasion.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Money was stolen directly from my bag during my stay, and the way the situation was handled afterward was even more concerning than the theft itself.
The hotel staff repeatedly claimed that employees are ‘not permitted to touch guests’ bags,’ yet at the same time blamed me for not locking my belongings in the safe. That contradiction alone made absolutely no sense. If staff truly never touch guest belongings, why would a safe even be necessary?
When I raised the issue, there was no genuine apology, empathy, or attempt to investigate the matter seriously. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and hostility. The situation became even more suspicious when the police were brought into it, as their behaviour felt more like protecting the hotel than helping a paying guest who had just had money stolen.
The overall impression I was left with was that this was not an isolated incident, and management seemed far more interested in covering things up than resolving them. I travelled to Bali expecting hospitality and professionalism, but instead felt dismissed, blamed, and completely unsupported.
I strongly recommend future guests keep all valuables secured at all times and think carefully before staying here.

Just 5 mins walk to the beach
The property was in a really good location to the beach.
The smells in the room were awful. I did mention this to reception staff and they said someone would come and check our room but no one did.
You should also be prepared to be woken up by outside noise.
There’s also a very loud rooster and a lot of dogs barking right outside the balcony windows so it’s not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.
We love the location, rooms and staff. The hotel looks to have changed owners and a lot of new additions which will benefit the hotel. It’s spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and great location to eateries and the Singhu beach. Also has a lift for easy access if required. Always return to the hotel
Having to leave- the rooms could benefit from having a clothes horse to allow you to dry clothes during an extended stay.

The rooms are exceptional and are really large and tastefully decorated. Staff are very friendly. Great location a couple of hundred metres from Sanur beach front and cafes and the Icon shopping centre. Fantastic value.

The room was very nice and clean
almost everything, there was no food or drink available anywhere at the hotel every thing was closed for renovation, internet was almost nonexistent, the swimming pool was shut and as there is no garden nowhere outside to sit finding any staff was also a problem as the reception desk was not staffed most of the time, the room had no information folder either.Unfortunately the information that I received that the kitchen and the pool were closed was sent in a text the day before we arrived and after we had paid for our stay, if this information had been received beforehand we would have cancelled our booking and gone to a different hotel. We have moved to a different hotel as staying there for fourteen days was inconceivable and our holiday would have been totally ruined .
