If you arrive after 18:00, you will find your key in a key box next to the entrance door, along with an information sheet. - Check-out is possible from 08:30, and breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, the reception is open at irregular hours. Guests arriving on a weekend will be contacted directly with further information. Gute Unterkunft, vor allem wenn man das angeschlossene Schwimmbad benutzen möchte.
Pros:

Es war sehr Angenehm dass wir über die Terasse mit dem Hund direkt ins Freie kamen.

Cons:

Es war extrem heiss auch im Zimmer und es gab keine Klimaanlage.

Es war ein entspannter Aufenthalt im Sottoceneri, ein Seite des Tessins, das uns nicht bekannt war.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausgewogen.

Cons:

W-LAN instabil, im Zimmer ist es etwas düster, es fehlt eine raumausleuchtende Lichtquelle

Großer Balkon mit herrlichem Blick
Service und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich
Freier Eintritt ins Schwimmbad mit extra Liegebereich für Hotelgäste

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage für jedes Zimmer wäre super., besonders tagsüber wurde es sehr heiß. Fliegengaze gegen Mücken fehlt.

Wir lieben die grüne Umgebung..und die abkühlenden Nächte...

Cons:

Die Gehwege sind nicht so komfortabel...für ältere Personen ist es sehr anstrengend..auch ein Lift wäre erstrebenswert..

... nie wieder. Lieber im Auto schlafen oder auf einem Campingplatz.
Pros:

Frühstück, der Rest war fürchterlich - das Morgenessen war aber frisch, schmackhaft und reichlich vorhanden. Hier gibt es nix zu reklamieren.

Cons:

So ziemlich alles - das Grappoli hat die Ausstrahlung eines Sterbehospizes oder katholischen Priesterseminares. Keine Ausstrahlung, von Charme keine Spur. Und man hört in einem NEUBAU (...) jedes Geräusch im Nebenzimmer, keine Klimaanlage (Tessiner Hitze). Es gehört schon sehr viel Dummheit dazu, ein neues Hotel so lausig zu bauen.
