I loved the outside pool with beautiful scenery
I did dislike anything to be honest it was a pleasant stay.
Location
While we had a lovely time, it is not at the standard of other 5star hotels. No concierge to bring in luggage or meet you at the door. The receptionists don’t give you a full run down on the hotel that you usually get. Rooms are fine but they are more of a 4 star standard. The service in the bar for lunch was just lacking that slickness of a 5 star hotel. There are areas that do require a little upkeep & freshening up. The dinner in the restaurant was good and the waitress was a lovely woman, very personable. Breakfast was good too, same lady served us and again was lovely. It’s not somewhere to go if you’re looking for pure luxury but facilities are the stand out of this hotel, so much to do and avail of.

Location was magnificent
The bedrooms furniture was tired - with torn pieces of card as draw liners. The day beds in the common area are too low to look out at the magnificent views and food was mediocre
Very clean and great standard of facilities.
This is a pricey but fabulous hotel in a great location, we wished we could have stayed longer to make better use of the facilities. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant and bar were lovely.
The thermal suite, and infinity pool overlooking the bay were blissful. We went on a walk around the woods before we left - the mapped and marked ways were quiet and we were lucky with the weather.
We couldn't use the pool in the evening as it was taken over by teenagers playing games. There was no easy link to Sneem, if we had wanted to go into the town for food or drinks in the evening.
Excellent resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our stay even more special. The heated pool was fantastic, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Excellence is not an accident what a beautiful place what wonderful staff a special magical place
Oh my goodness it is hard to say apart from in July and august full of the most happy 3 generation families, because we were on our own I had nobody else to jetty jump with 😩😩it didn’t stop me doing it ,what a fantastic place for all the generations a jetty jump institution . Also Lost 9 golf balls in the most picturesque 9 holes it’s very tight but absolutely beautiful.
