Everything about our stay was really amazing. Accommodation was available at the last minute because our previous one was cancelled. The location is great, the staff is very polite and always available. Everything was clean and you get new towels almost every day. Great stay, would definitely come again.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, but the lack of a shower cabin can be a problem because the entire bathroom gets wet. Other than that, no complaints.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Leda in Sofia. The hotel is conveniently located. What impressed me the most was the outstanding support from the reception staff. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or requests, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide tea sachets in the rooms alongside the coffee, as not all guests drink coffee. It would also be helpful to include teaspoons, making it easier to prepare hot drinks.
