Hôtel pas entretenu, matériel cassé, pas de serviette pas de papier wc il faut tout demander

Les douches sont particulières et mini cumulus a peine de quoi faire une douche.

며칠전 숙소에 묵었고, 전반적으로 좋았습니다.
특히 호텔의 위치가 너무 좋있습니다. 피라미드 근처 번화가에 있어서 시끄럽다고 느낄수도 있는데, 관광 분위기를 느끼고 인적이 드물지 않아서 마음놓고 돌아다닐수 있었어요.
또 루프탑에서 바라본 피라미드는 환상적이었습니다.
추가로 직원 친절도가 매우 높았습니다. (프론트의 moaz 젊은 직원) 그래서 물품의 보관이나 질의에도 성실히 응대해주었습니다. 감사합니다.

욕조에 물이 빨리 받아지는 것은 좋았으나, 온수 용량이 적은 것 같았습니다. 물을 많이 받으면 차가워집니다.

Abbiamo prenotato la suite con vista piramidi ed è stato meraviglioso svegliarsi con questo panorama. Stanza molto grande anche il bagno comodo.
Hanno un ristorante sulla terrazza sempre con vista piramidi, il cibo è nella norma.

Cons:

Purtroppo non abbiamo mai potuto fare la colazione perché inizia troppo tardi, dovrebbero considerare le persone che devono fare le escursioni iniziano presto quindi sarebbe meglio iniziare la colazione alle 7. Comunque abbiamo poi chiesto una box da portare via per la colazione e gentilmente hanno preparato due sacchetti con varie pietanze dolci e salate.

Juste préciser si le jacuzzi sera a 2p ou 1p avant payement, je conseil fortement l'hotel

En général, la sortie était plutôt sympa, le personnel, la localisation, étaient parfaits, même la résolution des problèmes était rapide, ils sont prêts à aider même en pleine nuit.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi en nous basant sur les photos de Booking.com, qui montraient un jacuzzi pour deux personnes avec une vue panoramique. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que le jacuzzi était prévu pour une seule personne et que la chambre attribuée, située sur le côté, n’offrait pas la même vue. Après réclamation, le personnel nous a informés que nous devions attendre la nuit suivante pour obtenir la chambre principale, déjà réservée. Cette situation nous a fortement déçus, car notre séjour était court et nous avions choisi cet hôtel précisément pour cette expérience. Nous estimons que la chambre fournie ne correspondait pas à nos attentes au vu des photos et souhaitons un geste commercial pour compenser ce désagrément. mais finalement ils nous a offert un discount comme recompense c se qui a rearranger la situation.

Friendliest staff during our Egypt Holiday
Pros:

We can't go past the wonderful view of the Pyramids. We loved the inclusive breakfast. It felt like an authentic Egyptian breakfast and was very tasty and filling. Great portions and variety that was table service. This was our favourite breakfast out of all our hotel stays during our trip. One evening my Fiance wanted to get dinner later at night. The lovely reception staff member offered to go with him. This was very reassuring as the roads can be overwhelming. This extra customer service was not provided by any other hotel. My Fiance left his airpods in the room and we did not realise until half way to Luxor! The staff were incredible and honest and held onto them for two weeks until we returned to Cairo to collect them. We tried to tip them for this but they refused to take the tip which only highlighted to us they really care about their guests. Each time we would come back from a day out we were greeted with friendly smiles every time and asking how our day had been. This again was not service we received every time at other hotels in Egypt. One staff member also took photos for us without needing to be asked infront of the Phramid view. He saw an example where he could help and took the opportunity when he really didnt need to. Incredible staff at every encounter with them and we liked that it was a smaller hotel. The stay felt more personal.

Cons:

Tinted windows would be awesome. Particularly for the Pyramid view rooms where guests are most likely to want to keep the curtains open for the views. It seemed as though the window was not tinted but we also dont have confirmation of this ☺️

Great location, polite staff, great price
Pros:

On the doorstep of the pyramids, clean well presented rooms, exceptional staff so kind helpful and polite. Great WiFi, fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds! I spent 3 nights in the jacuzzi room and the view and bath were amazing ❤️
