Pros:

Great position, it is situated directly at the top of the funicular, the views of the mountain from our room were exceptional. This is a very large hotel with functions rooms so large groups were present/noisy.

Cons:

The staff were polite but not very helpful, they didn’t give us a map which would’ve been very useful. We asked for their help with accessing chair lifts & were told to use a website. I tried to self check in which wasn’t very easy in English.

Geweldige plek, super slim ingericht, kamers helemaal top ingericht en goede materialen. Mega kindvriendelijk en personeel dacht telkens goed mee.

Cons:

Het bijhouden van je bestellingen was een beetje gedoe maar overkomelijk.

the trail on the mountain was superb
Cons:

It was a special room, a high price and there was not cleaning included. Unexpected for the kind of hotel and kind of room selected. the personal was quite direct and lack of politest and warmth.

Tolles Familienhotel, alles ist grosszügig angelegt, kinderwagenfreundlich, praktisch, schön.

Cons:

Das Essen war wirklich nicht fein! Und da es zwei Tage durchgehend geregnet hat, wäre ein frisch gekochtes Essen besonders stimmungsförderlich gewesen. Das Gegenteil war der Fall, leider. Allergien konnten nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Super ligging, super schoon en heel comfortabel
Pros:

Ligging is perfect, alles is splinternieuw, douche, bed en het ontbijt was geweldig

Cons:

Er is geen privacy als je naar de toilet gaat, de schuifdeur had er net zo goed niet kunnen zijn. Meer keuze met slaap kussens zou fijn zijn geweest
