Anna from the information desk was so helpful and kind. Made our stay even better!
Pros:

Spacious room with an amazing view! Felt like a real getaway. Restaurant breakfast was very good value for money and super yummy.

Cons:

Restaurant dinner could be a bit more refined. However still yummy.

Too many screaming kids— sitting in the common areas often felt like sitting in an airport terminal. They nickel and dime for everything. Even normal things that a hotel would provide like a kettle costs extra here. The laundry service is excessively expensive.

Die Ausgangslage für Bergtouren war gut, das Frühstück war ok. Der Angestellte beim Check-in war sehr nett.

Ich finde es sehr unpersönlich, dass man am Buffet alles selber holen muss, dass nicht einmal ein Kaffee serviert wird.
Das Lokal wirkt sehr kalt, durch die Klimaanlage, kein Personal, das sich kümmert, keine Tischsets auf dem Tisch, alles
sehr unpersönlich. Am Abend war es sehr laut, da mein Zimmer direkt über dem Stoosplatz lag.
Dass man in einem Viersternhotel für ein Self-check-in aufgefordert wird, finde ich auch sehr unpersönlich. Es gibt dem Gast das Gefühl, dass Personal gespart werden muss - klar, man konnte sich an der nach hinten versetzten Desk auch von einer Person einchecken lassen..... und das Beste war, dass man für ein Zimmer (Einzelbelegung) CHF 200 zahlt und man für die
Zimmerreinigung zusätzlich noch CHF 30 bezahlen müsste. Das finde ich ehrlich gesagt komplett daneben. Und zu guter Letzt gab es nicht einmal ein Vanity-Set auf dem Zimmer. Für eine Bodylotion nach dem duschen, musste ich separat anfragen.

Overall, a great stay! Would definitely come back.
Pros:

Loved how clean and spacious our room felt. Temperature was pleasant. Our room was also very quiet, and we liked all the "high tech" features of the room and hotel in general.

Cons:

We wish we would have had a proper bed rail for the bed, as my 6 year old daughter fell off the bed by rolling over the small pillow they gave us as a bed rail.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Amazing location ! Make sure you don’t forget anything in your car or you pay to go up and down. Great breakfast, sauna and cold plunge. Perfect location for stood ridge hike. Started at 9 , first on mountain and back to shower and check out by noon . Highly recommend! Also very nice rooms and get a balcony for the views and to watch the cows

The room and decoration, the building. Good breakfast.

Evening food and atmosphere not exceptional. Terrace closed as it had rained before. Had to pay the tap water.
