The overall atmosphere. The restaurant: breakfast was good every day and we also enjoyed dinner one evening.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was good but Almaty is a big city and some places of interest were too far to walk. Some good restaurants nearby but not many.

Хороший отель за свои деньги, приятный и вежливый персонал!
Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле на пару днен и остались очень довольны. Особенно приятно удивило, что нас заселили раньше положенного времени — после дороги это было очень кстати.
Отдельно хочется отметить девушку Айдану на ресепшене — очень вежливая, приветливая и всегда готова помочь. Благодаря такому отношению создаётся действительно приятная атмосфера.
Завтраки в отеле хорошие, всё вкусно и сытно. Также в самом отеле есть Crill Cafe, где можно не только позавтракать, но и заказать обед или ужин. Мы брали шашлыки — очень вкусные, сочные, и при этом цены вполне приятные. Спасибо персоналу отеля за отличный сервис и комфортный отдых!
