Pros:

Excellent. Breakfast take-aways was always ready on time. Excellent food.

Cons:

The shower was leaking at the door - not a train smash but I reported it when I left.

This is a beautiful, classy and secure place to be.
Pros:

The breakfast was top class, very intimate restuarant and felt like i`m home. The location is so perfect with strict security and very secure rooms

Cons:

Nothing since I loved everything. but The receptionist must always at the reception desk incase something is needed. It was a bit of confusion on checking out as she was not there

Pros:

The staff were willing to accommodate all my requests, even with the late check ins. They packed my breakfast and brought it up timeously, they brought my room service timeously and moved my room when the aircon was not working.

Cons:

Please inform guests before they arrive that they need a copy or actual ID card - most people use their drivers license for identification. Check the rooms for broken handles etc. Otherwise everything was lovely.

Pros:

My room was close to the stairs and restaurant so every morning the staff preparing food woke me up. But besides that the place was clean and staff is very friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that you must login with your own accounts to watch dstv, showmax and Netflix on TV. Meaning the TV is useless if you don't have your own accounts.
