Wspaniał pobyt. Jak będę w Opolu to miejsce do którego wrócę.
Pros:

Bardzo ładne miejsce, czysto. Pokoje przytulne. Strefa spa i saun bardzo fajna, mogliśmy odpocząć po ciężkim tygodniu i podróży. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana, który był w tym dniu na recepcji. Profesjonalna obsługa z uśmiechem, chęć pomocy i odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania.
Bardzo dziękujemy za poświęcony czas i miły pobyt.

Hotel mial wpadke. Koszmarnie brudna poszewka na koldre - slownie cala a nie jakis kawalek (dosc obrzydliwe). Pan z recepcji "w garsci" przyniosl nowa koldre. Hotel sklada sie z 2 czesci, "starej" I nowej, recepcja jest w starej, sa absurdalne zle skomunikowane. Parking podziemny jest dostepny (platny) ale dojscie od niego do pokoju w "starej" czesci to Tor przeszkod - winda na 4p, potem wycieczka korytarzem, zjedz winda nizej,przejdz przez knajpe, wjazd inna winda I juz jestes... No jakos tak, starsza osoba sie slownie moze zagubic w pol drogi. Okna sie otwieraja ale nie sa uchylne wiec ograniczone zastosowanie (ale klima okay). W czasie mojego pobytu spa/jacuzzi bylo nieczynne o czym powinno byc info jakos a priori a nie jakas se kartka w windzie - w hotelu ktory pozycjonuje sie na "lepsiejszy"

Fantastyczne miejsce na wypad - zarówno krótki, jak i długi.
Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, pokój czyściutki i przyjemny, całkiem spora łazienka. Śniadania - bardzo dobre i duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo basen (co prawda malutki, ale jest) i sauny do wyboru.

Ładny hotel w centrum. Na wyposazeniu czajnik, kawa, herbata.

Cons:

Brak lodówki w pokoju. Klimatyzacja straszne hałasuje, trzeba bylo wylaczyc bo nawet w dzień nie szło wytrzymać. Jacuzzi i basen byly wyłączone z powodu awarii, więc nie moglismy skorzystać mimo, że planowaliśmy.
