Pros:

We liked the proximity to other places including good food options. We were a family of 5 and did like the place. The staff was so kind.

Cons:

Unfortunetly we had ants in one of the rooms and we ran out of toilet paper. They took your card/ room fob, when you left the building, we were a little concerned as this was a strange practice for us.

Hôtel idéal pour court séjour.
Pros:

La situation proche de la gare Montparnasse.
L’établissement propose une consigne bagage sans surcoût (en attendant de prendre possession de sa chambre, ou après l’avoir quittée en attendant de prendre son train…)

Cons:

Fuir les petits déjeuners, qui sont chers et peu copieux. De plus il dont servis dans un autre hôtel qui appartient au même propriétaire situé à quelques centaines de mètres dans la même rue.
Ils sont bien plus copieux et moins chers, dans les brasseries situées à proximité

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms looked run-down, the bathrooms were outdated, and although the room and bathroom appeared to be cleaned, it did not feel clean overall. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised.

I have stayed at other hotels in Paris within the same price range and area that were much better maintained and provided a significantly better overall experience.

on ne reviendra pas ca a été tres compliqué de se reposer avec le bruit avec des journée pro chargé
Pros:

le sourire du personnel et la propreté le changement des serviettes a chaque jour

Cons:

on entend le metro vu sur une cour mais avec tous les moteur de clim bruyant .; on entend les voisin prendre leur douche .. la chambre est bcp plus petite qu'annoncé - tres vetuste on voit qu'il y a des reparation de fortune faites manue une porte au placard

Wonderful hotel 5 minutes uber from Eiffel Tower or Louvre Musuem
Pros:

Best location ever, clean hotel, spacious room, modern bathroom, wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. You can not ask for more.
