シティーホテル or ラブホテル　どっちやねん(笑)
Pros:

駅からすぐ近くなのでロケーションは最高です。とにかく街中なので何をするにも非常に便利。ちょっと施設は古いけど、自分にとってはまったく問題なし。ゆったりとくつろげました。

Cons:

一応シティホテルとうたってますが、ラブホテルのような立ち位置びみょ～～～な点(笑)
どっちにもとれる不思議な感覚となります。

Pros:

Location is close to train station, really helpful staff - they dont speak English but translator app worked perfect to communicate, also allowed us to keep our bags till check in time.

Cons:

Superior room was decent sized, normal room was older, no windows available so rooms do get a bit congested. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but rooms were clean with fresh linens

対応してくださったスタッフさんがとっても気さくで優しくて気遣ってくださって、良い方でした。お部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

ロケーションは、都会の路地裏なのか、期待はしてなかったです。寝るだけでしたので。
お部屋のランクとしては値段の割にがっかりですが、駅近なこともあり、仕方ないかと。

Such a spacious and comfortable stay with caring staff. Definitely recommend!!!
Pros:

The hotel was located right next to a station (2 mins walk from Shin-Okubo station), and had such lovely staff. They spoke only Japanese which was difficult to communicate with at first (as we did not know enough of the language), but this prompted us to learn some phrases! The service was lovely, and the room itself was so spacious for the cheap price we paid. We enjoyed our stay here so so much.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was genuinely so good that I have nothing bad to say. The price, the cleanliness, the space-size, the friendly staff- everything was up to standard.

Pros:

Actually rooms are bigger than any others.

Cons:

They do not speak or understand english. It is really hard to communicate. They do not give even 1 bottle of water daily. Room was cold. It was really hard to settle in the room because of communication problem.
