Molto bello l albergo esternamente e internamente
Staff della reception gentile e puntuale.

Cons:

Segnalo che non è specificato che la spa e la piscina sarebbero a pagamento , ma purtroppo é un errore che viene da Booking .
In ogni caso è stato molto gentile il direttore per risolvere la controversia . Meglio prenotare direttamente tramite loro per avere tutte le informazioni .

À conseiller pour le wellness pour l’hôtel .non.
Pros:

Réceptionniste très accueillant et professionnel . Qualité des soins au wellness.

Cons:

Décor de la chambre très vieillot. Ne ressemble absolument pas à un quatre etoiles. Petit déjeuner avec produits industriels et personnel de salle désagréable.

La temperatura (né caldo, né freddo)

Cons:

Colazione deludente (macedonia in scatola, spazi angusti, scelta scarsa, prodotti di qualitá scadente), cena irripetibile (mancava la carne fresca e camerieri improvvisati). Pieno di gruppo di bambini che facevano chiasso. Vasca idromassaggio rotta. Piscina invasa da bambini urlanti. Veramente pessimo e pessima BOOKING che mi ha fatto credere in uno sconto favoloso da Genius livello 3 quando la struttura da lunedì 7 settembre dava le camere a 99 euro e io le'ho pagata 220 euro al giorno. Non prenoterò più con Booking

Una bella struttura affacciata sul verde
Pros:

L'hotel è bellissimo tutto in legno, stile montagna vera! Le camere spaziose, i letti ottimi. Pulizia top e servizio eccellente! La colazione buona e la posizione defilata dalla strada principale che evita i rumori delle macchine.

La piscina molto sporca con tutto il muschio attorno ai gradini l idromassaggio una parte non funzionava e che entrano nelle camere per pulire molto presto mentre tu sei a fare colazione questo non va bene

Relax totale
Pros:

Molto comoda è la possibilità di parcheggiare al coperto all'interno dell'hotel. Altro aspetto molto positivo è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare nel ristorante interno. Inoltre, è importante la posizione in quanto l'hotel non si trova in Asiago città, sempre molto caotica per i parcheggi, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi lungo la strada principale e, in parte, attraverso alcuni sentieri. Le camere sono molto ampie e con tutti i servizi necessari. La presenza di un grande parco di fronte all'hotel è veramente rilassante

Cons:

Un piccolo appunto al fine di migliorare è quello di dedicare maggiore attenzione ad alcuni dettagli in camera, quali ugelli dei rubinetti da disincrostare per permettere di avere un flusso d'acqua regolare, e fare alcune manutenzioni su sportelli (di frigorifero) e rubinetteria che si muove.
