Great hotel, super friendly staff, very clean and specious rooms,, we will book this hotel in future, again.
Pros:

Great location, everything is so close and convenience. This hotel is near to all main hotels, stores and great dining places. Also, access to boulevard and the beach is super easy and fast.

Cons:

I wish there was a pool, indoor or outdoor. There is a spa and sauna in the hotel. However, having a pool would be super cool especially during the rainy days.

Шикарно!
Pros:

Шикарный отель! Один из немногих в самом центре города имеет подземную парковку, что сыграло большую роль при выборе гостиницы. С балкона на седьмом этаже открывается изумительный вид на город и море. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, ванная комната вмещает большую душевую кабину и ванну. Завтраки – шведский стол, разнообразные, всего в изобилии, каждый день что-то новое появляется. Немного забавный лифт, у него свои предпочтения, может повезти вниз, когда вам нужно вверх.

Cons:

Внутри маленького холодильника-бара была комнатная температура, совершенно не охлаждались напитки. Собщили на ресепшн, обещали посмотреть в чём дело, но так ничего и не исправили.

המלון פשוט מושלם! חדרים ענקיים, נקי ומצוחצח, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. קיבלנו בקבוק יין כשהגענו, שמים 2 בקבוקי מים כל יום, מסדרים ומנקים, מקלחת של הביוקר, היה לנו נוף מושלם לכיכר אירופה. המיקום מעולה, קרוב להכל ברגל. למסעדות לחנויות לטיילת עם הגלגל והפסלים, במרחק הליכה גם מכיכר פיאצה ובית חבד. הכל היה מושלם! ממליצה מאוד ובהחלט אחזור לשם שוב.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel with extremely spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. They gave us a bottle of wine the moment we arrived and it was a great gesture. The value for money is exceptional

Pros:

酒店就在欧洲广场边上，所以一天路过N边的欧洲广场，还有巴统广场，天文钟，教堂都在附近。是一个很方便的地方。
员工挺好的，给我们送了一瓶白葡萄酒做作为迎宾礼。可惜我们只喝了一杯，然后又因为太重而没有带走。

早餐种类不算很丰富，不过也够吃啦

The room is beautiful, the balcony has a very nice view, the building is beautiful and located very well right on the heart of batumi, everything in walking distance.
Breakfast excellent with very good scrambled egg.
Beautiful small spa. Great terrace with extraordinary view. No entrance fee for hotel guests. Free parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom under the sink is not clean. They don’t clean the floor during your stay. The fridge doesn’t work at all. Coffee not good.
