Это один из худших отелей, в которых я жила
Pros:

Местоположение удобное, можно дойти пешком до большинства достопримечательностей города. В номере есть хорошо работающий кондиционер.

Cons:

В номере не убрались перед заездом вообще. Мы заехали ближе к 16:00, за это время можно было привести все в порядок. Но некоторые аспекты не зависят от уборщицы, на что-то закрыли глаза сами владельцы. Проржавевшая тумба для раковины, куча пыли и грязи под кроватями, дырявое постельное белье, ржавые пятна на "чистых" полотенцах, начинающаяся плесень в санузле. Оставленные прошлыми постояльцами вещи в тумбочках, торчащие из потолка провода, сильная слышимость из коридора. Даже окно нормально не закрывалось. Сантехника подтекает.

А настроение хозяйки меняется как погода в Батуми. Сначала с тобой милы и обходительны. Но если ты что-то переспрашиваешь, можешь получить раздражение и явное недовольство твоей персоной.

Наверное, если бы в номере хотя бы адекватно убрались - можно бы было накинуть ещё пару пунктов в плюс. Но даже элементарно посмотреть в нижние ящики тумбочек и подмести им сил не хватило.

Это разочарование в чистом виде. Спасибо, что без тараканов и слышно все только из коридора, в соседнем номере жила тихая семья.
