Pros:

El personal es muy amable y presto para ayudar especialmente en restaurante, área de piscina y bar el personal de limpieza de habitaciones también muy gentiles, la piscina es temperada y muy agradable, el desayuno es tipo bufete y cuenta con buena variedad.

Cons:

Tuve una habitación interna donde de escuchaban muchos ruidos y venían los olores de otras habitaciones, el tono de la persona en recepción ( un tanto despectivo) al entregarnos esa habitación ya lo dijo todo.

Das Zimmer war gut und geräumig. Das Bett war exzellent

Leider ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig gewesen. Das Internet konnte leider nicht zu jeder Zeit angeboten werden.

Ubicación. El personal amable. La piscina y el restaurante me gustan mucho.

Cons:

Se coincidió con un grupo grande y muy bullicioso, no dejaron descansar. En la habitación siempre faltaba algo: agua caliente. Papel. Shampoo. Luego de solicitar nos ayudaban.

CALIDAD PRECIO NO LO VALE

Sábanas y toallas limpias.

Cons:

La sala de espera podría estar mejor. El locker para entrar al spa no debe ser cajas de plástico, con lo lindo que es el spa pierde valor. Que parte del baño esté en la habitación y que todo el ruido de afuera se escucha. Además que la ducha se tapaba al ducharse. Calidad precio no lo vale. 100 dólares una habitación es demasiado cuando parece un motel baratero. El agua que tienen por todo el hotel está negra. Deberían cuidar más detalles como esos.
