Ubicación. El personal amable. La piscina y el restaurante me gustan mucho.

Cons:

Se coincidió con un grupo grande y muy bullicioso, no dejaron descansar. En la habitación siempre faltaba algo: agua caliente. Papel. Shampoo. Luego de solicitar nos ayudaban.

Sábanas y toallas limpias.

Cons:

La sala de espera podría estar mejor. El locker para entrar al spa no debe ser cajas de plástico, con lo lindo que es el spa pierde valor. Que parte del baño esté en la habitación y que todo el ruido de afuera se escucha. Además que la ducha se tapaba al ducharse. Calidad precio no lo vale. 100 dólares una habitación es demasiado cuando parece un motel baratero. El agua que tienen por todo el hotel está negra. Deberían cuidar más detalles como esos.
