A good central location to explore Patras.
Pros:

We had a room with a balcony looking over the main pedestrian street with a view of the marina in one direction and a view of the stairs leading up to the castle in the other. An extra chair was provided when requested so we could enjoy the location.

L'emplacement près des commerces, le petit déjeuner au top pour 5 €, un accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Un balcon, c'est bien mais avec une table et des chaises c'est mieux.
Le côté mer est plutôt moche et 0 plage.

Great location in the middle of Patras, with very convenient access to the centre! Beautiful view from the higher floors out across the gulf as well, so was perfect for my short visit.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix et emplacement au cœur de ville,zone piétonne. Gros coup de coeur pour petit déjeuner à 5€/pers.

Cons:

Chambre petite pour 3, salle de bain minuscule, on était un peu à l'étroit.

Hotel dat mooi centraal ligt met goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding
Pros:

Goed gelegen, midden in het centrum en vlakbij zee. Goede keuze bij ontbijtbuffet. Bed sliep lekker.

Cons:

Er was geen optie om aan te geven dat je handdoek niet elke dag verschoond hoeft te worden. De éénpersoonskamers zijn niet ruim en kijken uit op een binnenplaats.
