Very poor customer experience on checking in, no information about getting into hotel, all services unavailable after checking in, staff not interested, room not clean , no sanitary bin in room, door lock handle broken given a key no key ring locked out after nine no information how to get in, private party taking all priority over hotel guests

Very cosey and snug, room was small but beautiful and loved the heated floors in the toilet! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in working order, plenty of plug sockets if you have many devices. Windows in the rooms opened wide which was useful to cool it during the night. Bed was sooooooo comfy! Need to try the restaurant next time I’m up that way as the aroma coming from it had me salivating. Amazing price for a wee hidden gem of a hotel. Will definitely be back.
