Clean nice room
The bed was horrible and give me a bad back
Great rooms in the hotel, though the wifi can be a bit weak in some rooms. The restaurant is fabulous and very popular with the locals. There is a bus stop close by so getting to Glasgow is very easy. You can also take the bus to the train station for either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
There is plenty to see in the area with Stirling castle, the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel nearby.

Lift was out of order and we were not offered any help with our cases , Toilet door did not fit correctly and had to be slammed to shut it. Toilet too close to shower and sick, bathroom very small, when toilet used skin touched cold glass of the shower cubicle. We could not open the window as there was too much noise from the kitchen extraction fan and an overwhelming smell of curry. Kettle did not switch off once it started boiling and the cup were odd sizes. Remote for TV battery compartment kept falling off. Brown marks on the wall next to the bed, sink was dirty, toilet brush was dirty. No drawers for underwear. No hook to hang wet coats on.

Paid extra £40 for junior suite, given disabled room and told that was junior suite. Complained to Indian lady who was manager, and told that was a junior suite, which it wasn't. Furniture was in poor repair, no mattress cover just a thin sheet, pillows not clean (slept without them), tea bags not in packet and loose (unhygienic). No curtains and blinds on windows did not block light from street lighting. No soap in bathroom had to use shower gel, tv didn't work at all, 2 coat hangers for clothes. Fire risk in stair access, disabled lift out of order and not working. Cleaners cupboard left open due to overflowing blankets and sheets. Booked bed and breakfast, to be told the hotel doesn't serve breakfast. Complained immediately to the manager and was told I could have a refund and leave. Very rude lady manager, asked her where else I could stay at 8pm (arriving on train). Overall the worst hotel I've ever stayed in over 30 years.
Hotel and restaurant in a very quiet neighbourhood. Spacious rooms with newly renovated bathroom. Great with the possibility to have dinner in the same building. The menu is Indian/Italian. We got a room on the first floor in the back. Very quiet even though the restaurant, whilst very busy at nights, did not bother us at all. Friendly staff. Large free parking with plenty of space. The hotel is located perfectly alomg M80 so you are in Edinburgh in 40 mins.
Nothing really to complain about. If we would say something it would be that the parking can get very crowded weekends.

To begin with its wasn’t welcoming at all . There was no communication at all on entrance . The bathroom didn’t have any hot water shower . Glad the bed was fine . Wouldn’t recommend this place . Would seriously consider an alternative .

On arrival door of room was unlocked once in room cushions were badly stained room generally was not clean bathroom floor looked like all the dirt had been seeped into a corner
