Nice room plenty of coffee, restaurant down stairs was excellent
No Wi-Fi Available, said guest net work but they didn't provide a Password, made working difficult wouldn't recommend if traveling for work.
El colchón, las almohadas, cómodos, la ropa de cama y las toallas de una calidad estupenda. Es un hotel en una localización apartada, ideal como punto de parada de camino a las tierras altas. Está sobre un restaurante indio pero en la habitación no se aprecia, ni ruido ni olores de comida. Parking gratuito.
El ascensor no funcionaba, pero al ser solo una planta no fue problema subir las maletas.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.
Booked it mainly because my elderly mother was coming with us and it had a lift but unfortunately it wasn’t working so mum had to struggle with the stairs but we understand that it was out of anyone’s control. Also, no toilet rolls in any of the 3 rooms we booked. Had to go to reception to ask for some but was dropped off at each door and was rectified quickly.

Night time young boy was good and greatful.
I didn't like the morning receptionist ( old lady ). She was rude and aggressive. First thing in the morning 6.30am is not good morning but its " where are your keys " - while I was going to car to get something.
I was helping Disable lady to the car park and she was being rude and aggressively asking for room keys to her, although they had not yet checked out.
Disable lift was not working, so this property is not accessible to the disabled.
Mattresses are terrible, every time you move, the springs make a terrible noise and feel like you are sleeping on springs.
Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel from the furnishings, deco and adornments to the well laid out Restaurant with a cracking Italian/Indian cuisine Menu and then to the spotlessly clean Rooms...Every member of Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely be back and also recommend to everyone I know to be visiting the area.
I was exceptionally impressed with this Hotel, the one and only minor issue was the Toilet in my ensuite Bathroom.
The problem is actually because of the floating toilet bowl design,which had become loose after someone previously dropping they're full weight down, nothing more and certainly no reflection on the very helpful Staff or the Hotel itself.

Staff were fantastic, especially the girl in charge. Treated our group very well through dinner service and relaxing in the bar afterwards.
The food in the restaurant was fantastic also.
For check in we weren't even sure we came in the right door, and two different staff told as to "wait two seconds" until someone else came to see us.
It was very warm in the rooms, but they were otherwise lovely.
There is no breakfast available at all. Which is a shame because the restaurant was lovely.
