Schönes, idyllisches Hotel im Wald
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön und alles in allem ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmerausstattung war auch sehr schön und vor allem war alles sehr sauber, worauf ich viel Wert lege.

Cons:

Samstag Abend und das Hotelrestaurant war geschlossen sodass wir auswärts Essen mussten. Wenn es schon keine Verpflegung gibt, könnte wenigstens im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank aufgestellt werden oder ein Wasserkocher.

Einfach einsame spitze!👍🏻
Pros:

Ich war kurzfristig auf der Suche nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und kam in dieser Unterkunft voll auf meine Kosten. Ein tolles Hotel, dass sich durch seine hervorragende Lage am Waldesrand auszeichnet. Man befindet sich abseits des Trubels der Hagener Innenstadt und dennoch erreicht man das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten. Eine ruhige Nacht mit gemütlichen Betten wird hier garantiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten genügend Platz. Abendessen für die Hotelgäste wird ebenfalls angeboten und dieses ist wirklich klasse. Das Frühstück darf man sich am Abend zuvor individuell zusammenstellen und man bekommt es dann am Morgen serviert. Ich kann die negativen Stimmen darüber beim besten Willen nicht nachvollziehen. Im Gegensatz zu einem großen Buffet ist diese Form nachhaltiger, ökonomischer und meiner persönlichen Ansicht nach auch serviceorientierter, da man jederzeit so viel nachbestellen darf, wie man möchte und dies dann ebenfalls serviert bekommt.

Das ist kein Hotei, sondern eine Untetkunft ohne jeglichen Service mir sehr bescheidenem yFrüdtück

Die ruhige Lage der Untetkunft im Grünen.

Cons:

Es gab gar keinen Service. Nach dem Früstück gab es keine Ansprechpartner, keine Getränke, keine Verpflegumg, keinen Zimmerservice. Das im Internet hoch gelobte Frühstücksbuffett wurde auch nicht angeboten. Wir mussten am Tag zuvor festlegen, was wir am nächsten Morgen frühstücken wollen. Der angepriesene Biergarten und das Restaurant sind geschlossen. Die Zimmer werden nur einmal wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, insbesondere des Bads liegt unter jedem Niveau. Sehr bedauerlich, dass die angekündigten Leistungen in keiner Weise eingehalten werden!!!

Erg mooie omgeving.
Zeker aan te raden voor wandelingen.

Cons:

Receptie altijd gesloten, deur op slot, niemand aanwezig. Na bellen kwam er pas iemand . Ook voor vragen tussendoor was er niemand aanwezig. Geen communicatie.
Bij aankomst op ons terras lagen er diverse opgedroogde hondendrollen.
Handdoeken na gebruik in het bad gelegd om de volgende dag schone te krijgen. (zoals aangegeven op de info kaart in de badkamer)
volgende dag helaas geen schone handdoeken en geen opgemaakte bedden.
