W zasadzie to nie widzę plusów

Cons:

Ten hotel nie powinien mieć nawet dwóch gwiazdek. Okropne miejsce, śmierdzące stęchlizną. Wszystko stare do remontu. Niewygodne łóżko. Pościel nieświeża, śmierdzi stęchlizną. Wszystko brzydkie. No po prostu nie sposób opisać. Nie polecam nikomu za takie pieniądze. Ktoś powinien to zgłosić bo ten obiekt nie może podpisywać się 4 gwiazdkami !!!

Located next to a beautiful lake and a park. Easy to get to from Katowice by bus
The design of the pyramid is awesome. Egyptian iconography and statues everywhere, makes this place stand out a lot. 3rd floor has a cool balcony to look into the lobby area
Super friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and welcoming!

posizione ottima, colazione abbastanza completa, ristorante dell'hotel decisamente buono, purtroppo chiude abbastanza presto.

Cons:

arrivati alla reception per il check-in abbiamo aspettato parecchi minuti prima che ci venissero date le camere, e non c'erano altri clienti in attesa.
