Cons:

At first, we were given a smaller room than the one we had booked. After a lengthy dispute, we were given another room, but it was still not the one we had originally booked.

Sve je bilo odlično.
Pros:

Prekrasan hotel, ljubazno osoblje te vrlo ugodan i čist smještaj. Jako dobar i raznovrsan doručak. Sve je bilo na visokoj razini, od usluge do atmosfere. Hotel je bio u samom centru pa smo sve mogli razgledat pješke. Osjećali smo se ugodno te ćemo se ponovo vratiti.

Pros:

die Kellner im Restaurant, sehr nett und freundlich.
Serviceorientiert & äußerst bemüht!

Cons:

Die Zimmer im 3 OG sind gegenüber den unteren sehr altmodisch. Das Badezimmer war äußerst schmutzig rundherum bei der Dusche inkl. Schimmel.
Rolläden an den Fenster konnten nicht heruntergefahren werden, und genau beim Fenster war ein starkes vermutlich Werbelicht dementsprechend war es sehr hell im Zimmer auch Nachts. Klimaanlage abwasser läuft im Waschbecken - dementsprechend hört man das tropfen die ganze Nacht, ohne konnte man nicht schlafen aufgrund der Hitze, Türgriffe fielen ab beim öffnen der Türe. Wenn man etwas mit „SWISS“ bucht erwartet man qualität was hier definitiv nicht vorhanden ist!

Pros:

Pour cet établissement il faut retenir que l’emplacement.
Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut surtout le pauvre serveur qui est tout seul à faire le service, bar , encaissement alors que le restaurant était pas mal rempli il

Cons:

La propreté laisse plus qu’à désirer , la douche moisi , les odeurs répugnante venant du lavabo…

Find any other stay, it would be better for sure.
Pros:

Leaving the Hotel knowing that I will never book there again.

Cons:

The staff was very rude, lacks proffesionality, and basic humen communication skills, unwilling to help and alays trying to avoid helping customers, reception employees were very bad:
- kitchen people were avoiding providing anything to customers, and stalls any request till breakfast time is due. as an example, my wife asked to get coffe, they kept stalling and at 10:00 he came back saying " sorry it is now 10:00 ", I have stayed inm hotels for almost 75 nights, in 25 deferent hotels, all levels of hotels, and never seen such behaviour.
not even mentioninjg that if you came at 9:15-9:30 all dishes will be finished and no refill happeining.
-when asked for "clean my room" they were only doing the bed, and not even opening the bathroom door!!!
-when we first entered the hotel, they took for ever to respond to us and check us in, they were disucssing other stuff, we checked in at the same time with our friends, it took them 10 minuts to start our processes ( us and the other couple)
I wouln't even recomend staying here to and enemy.
