Pros:

Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum genial und besonders hat mir das Schwimmbad im Retro Charm gefallen 😊 Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Tollte Aussicht, alles andere sehr dürftig. Ich kann das Miramar leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal war freundlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, mit allem was man so braucht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Alte Möbel, abgelebte Böden und Wände.
Leider war es auch nicht sehr sauber.
Die Reinigung erfolgt nur alle 2 Tage, was ja nicht das Problem ist, aber dann wurde leider auch nicht alles sauber gemacht.
Z.B. die Oberflächen waren nicht gewischt.

Solides Hotel mit tollem Pool.
Pros:

Besonders hat uns der Pool gefallen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Borkumer Hotels war top. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Wir sind mit unserer kleinen Hündin gereist. Die Hundepauschale fand ich etwas hoch, zumal wir mit unserer Hündin keinen Zutritt zum Restaurant hatten. Auch sonst gab es nichts, also keine Decke, keinen Napf, noch nicht einmal ein Begrüßungs-Leckerli. Das machen andere Hotels besser.

Cons:

Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Leere Flaschen und Sonstiges stand während der gesamten Woche vor dem Zimmer auf dem Flur abgestellt.

Ein Hotel mit "Scharm", super Lage und sehr freundlichen Personal mit super Frühstück.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und erfüllt die Wünsche der Gäste.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen. Die Betten sind gut, nicht durchgelegen.

Cons:

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer, was gelinde gesagt den "Scharm der 60iger" hatte, mit aufgerissenen Acrylfugen im Bad, Handwaschbecken im Flur des Zimmers, nicht im Bad. Das Zimmer ist zu diesem Preis nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt macht das Hotel den Eindruck, das hier ein massiver Sanierungsstau vorliegt. Man gab uns jedoch ohne zu zögern ein anderes Zimmer, was dann nicht so einen maroden Eindruck machte. Dies war sehr zuvorkommend vom Personal und muss hier erwähnt werden. Der Hauseigene Pool hatte brüchige Steinplatten am Rand des Überlaufs am Becken, welche lose herumlagen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war gut. Die City ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Möglichkeiten vielseitig. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Mir ist das Hotel zu renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand ist gut, das Personal nett. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem abgewohnt. Es besteht ein Renovierungsstau. Ich persönlich habe mich daher nicht wohl gefühlt, habe aber von anderen Gästen beim Frühstücken gehört, dass man das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen könne.

Für diesen Preis findet man auf Borkum kaum ein anderes Hotel mit Seeblick und Pool.
Pros:

Das zwar merklich in die Jahre gekommene Hotel punktet mit der Strandnähe, Swimmingpool, Seeblick-Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr fairem Preis. Das Frühstück entspricht gutem Standard. Daher kann das Hotel trotz angesetzter Patina durchaus weiterempfohlen werden.

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einen Facelift.
