Está todo muy bien cuidado, ubicación muy bien, desayuno rico y la habitación muy cómoda.
Cuando llegamos a las 15 todavía no tenían la habitación. Nos la dieron a las 17:30h y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la zona de la limpieza, cuando pagamos por una habitación desde las 15, nos quitaron ese tiempo de estancia.
De ligging van hwt hotel is perfect, net uit de drukte maar toch in het centrum.
De kamer was wat aan de krappe kant
Personeel was vriendelijk, genoeg ontbijtopties.
Het was ontzettend warm in de badkamer, terwijl alle verwarmingen uit waren.

Pas de cafetière dans la chambre . C est un gros plus à l hotel...
Odeur d égout dans la salle de bain sûrement dû à la pluie des derniers jours et étant le long du canal.
Sehr angenehmes und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage zum Zentrum fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz sicher, aber ca. 300m entfent.
The hotel was so clean and modern. Just a short walk off the main square made it super convenient for us. Room was cleaned/towels replaced for us daily, and the breakfast was a great continental offering (wish they had croissants every day but the brioche was delicious too!) Shower was great, I honestly couldn't fault the stay at all!

We booked a Standard Twin room away from the stairs & elevator. The room was a good size, clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. The included breakfast is European style (lunch meats & cheeses) and we ate cereal, boiled eggs, assorted bread rolls and fruit. There were plant-based milks available as well. Great coffee machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful; especially Tina, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Another staff member helped arrange a morning taxi to the train station (helps to arrange the night before). Location is 10 min. Walk to the main historical plaza, and the majority of Bruges is a medieval town (original buildings dating back centuries).
The hallway doors are hollow-core, which made them loud when closing, but was not too loud. We did not have a car, so parking was not an issue.
De locatie en bedden waren geweldig!
Een open verbinding tussen toilet en slaapkamer en geen sloten op de deuren van toilet en badkamer kan echt niet!
The hotel is a 5min walk from the main street where lies alot of shops and restaurants. Bruges is charming by night and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to get out at niggt and wonder around tge city.
There were road blocking when we arrived. It madw us lose some time specially after a long car road trip from Paris.
The fact that we cant park there also made it a little bit annoying. But thank God there is a nearby parking.
