A lovely spacious room with fantastic countryside views. It was nice and clean. The breakfast was also amazing and did the job of flling us up for the day.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The inside decor was better than you might expect. Everyone was vey friendly. The bedroom was excellent and spotless and a very smart bathroom.
It is such a peaceful location.

Cons:

Struggled to get the WiFi to work but it's a very old building to be fair. The bedding was a duvet which was too hot without any options.

excellent breakfast, local quality ingredients, plenty of it

Cons:

big hiccup with the hot water boiler breaking down, but otherwise excellent hosts and excellent accommodation, including very welcoming snug bar and pristine room

Lovely comfortable place for an overnight stay with friendly welcoming staff.
Pros:

Breakfast suited me just fine. I dislike cooked breakfast but the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt option was most appreciated. Also had poached eggs on toast cooked perfectly.
The dining room was very attractive with large windows giving a superb view.

Convenient on our journey home
Pros:

Location was beautiful

Cons:

We were really not welcomed well at all. Ignored as host was busy with a big bar order but could at least have acknowledged us and smiled. He was also a little reluctant to deal with people in next room with TV on ridiculously high at 11pm preventing our sleep
