Un'ottima scelta sotto tutti gli aspetti
Pros:

Struttura moderna, comoda e razionale. Ottimo, fra le altre cose, il parcheggio sotterraneo collegato all'hotel, cui si accede girando l'angolo sinistro (è improbabile trovare alternative sulla via). Facile da raggiungere, è in una posizione "periferica" rispetto alle poche vie animate (Bruehl è molto piccola), che non lascia presagire lo splendore dei due "castelli" Rococò e dei loro giardini raggiungibili con brevi passeggiate (20').

Fijne locatie, inchecken en uitchecken goed geregeld, parkeerplaats beschikbaar, heel schoon, super vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers, prijs kwaliteit

Cons:

Onze kamer keek direct op een ander gebouw met volgensmij woningen en een tuin. We hadden wel gordijnen die we dicht hebben gedaan voor meer privacy gevoel, maar daardoor werd natuurlijk wel heel de kamer donker. Ik heb wel eens kamers gehad waar ze van dat raam folie hadden. Dan kwam wel het daglicht door, maar had je wel je privacy omdat niemand naar binnen keek.

Pros:

I like everything about the property. Staffs are friendly. I have a family room with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. The hotel is near restaurants and besides shopping centers. Very accommodating

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
Pros:

Die Zimmer der Suite waren klimatisiert, die Einrichtung modern und es war sauber. Die Lage ist gut, die Parkmöglichkeiten auch. Das Personal war ausgesprochen bemüht die Ankunft mit Self-Checkin so vorzubereiten, dass es uns an nicht gefehlt hat.

Der Self-Checkin ist praktisch, aber auch etwas unpersönlich.

Maar kort verbleven (nacht na lange reisdag, voorafgaand aan bezoek Phantasialand). Locatie is prima, met de bus zo bij Phantasialand. Faciliteiten in de kamer prima. Airco in beide ruimtes. Fijne badkamer. Schoon. Geen personeel gezien maar bleek ook niet nodig door de goede geautomatiseerde incheckfaciliteiten. Ruim voldoende handdoeken.

Little bit disappointing stay. One day the trash was not taken out and the coffee capsules were not replenished. When we asked reception to arrange a taxi for our early morning flight, it was not booked; instead, we were told to use Uber. The pre-booked Uber trip was cancelled before it arrived, which caused us to be late for the airport. Overall, the service was below expectations.

La posizione perfetta per raggiungere Phantasialand e i principali punti del centro; vicinanza ad un piccolo centro commerciale dove trovare beni di prima necessità. Staff molto cordiale. Stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

Stanza un po’ polverosa, non l’ideale per chi soffre di allergia. Cuscino molto scomodo.

Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable and will come back again.
Pros:

We enjoyed having interconnecting rooms in the hotel. Rooms, bathrooms and hotel facility very clean. Hotel on our floor was undergoing some renovations but it was not impacting our stay. Check in very simple and easy to navigate and use.

Unable to comment about breakfast as it was not provided at the hotel.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay - no complaints.
Andrea at the reception desk was very approachable and made my husband wish to come true - provided my husband with iron.
