Hotel Bamby

If I had to mention one thing that may be worth considering, it would be the type of guests staying at the hotel. During our stay, the majority of guests were elderly couples or grandparents vacationing with their grandchildren. That isn't a negative in itself, but families with young children looking for a more lively atmosphere may want to keep that in mind.

That said, the hotel did everything it could to make younger guests and children feel welcome. The staff went out of their way to engage with the kids, and it was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring every guest, regardless of age, had a great stay. So while the guest mix wasn't particularly family-oriented during our visit, the hotel's hospitality certainly was.

Was wir übersehen hatten: für die Liegen und den Schirm am Strand wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr verrechnet. Darauf hat man uns leider zu Beginn auch nicht hingewiesen im Hotel. Das Personal konnte nicht gut deutsch und auch auf englisch war die Kommunikation teils sehr schwer. Es gab deswegen einige Missverständnisse (teils unangenehme) am Strand, wie wir zu den Liegen kommen (Zuteilung durch Strandmeister, Ausstellung eines Tickets vom Hotel etc.). Es sind 25 EUR/Tag, die zusätzlich für zwei Liegen und einem Schirm am Strand verrechnet werden.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, um die Koffer aus dem Auto zu laden und WLAN funktioniert nur, wenn der Fernseher angeschaltet ist

La colazione è ottima per chi preferisce una colazione dolce, ma offre una scelta piuttosto limitata per chi predilige il salato, con pochi affettati, poco formaggio e l'assenza di verdure come pomodori e cetrioli o di creme spalmabili salate. Inoltre, l'arredamento delle camere risulta un po' datato e l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori, per cui si sentono facilmente i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere, dal corridoio e dall'area esterna,

Le stanze andrebbero sicuramente restrutturate rendendole più moderne e pratiche in termini anche di spazi

The mattress... oh my goodness.. the mattress was the worst.I was told that if you ask they might be able to change for you but i didn't ask and endured 3 nights of actual back pain that i never had.. i sleep on my belly without pillow and you can feel the springs right on your cheek bones!! awful... if they need to invest on something, please invest on mattress!!

In generale per un 4 stelle risente della mancanza di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto per le camere che meriterebbero un rifacimento. In particolare i bagni, tra l'altro di dimensioni veramente ridotte, hanno sanitari e struttura inadeguati. L'Hotel propone per i pasti (noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione con cena) una entrata flessibile di circa un'ora. In realtà se si tarda l'entrata al ristorante, la scelta del buffet (non c'è servizio al tavolo, almeno nei giorni della nostra presenza) già non particolarmente ricco, risulta veramente limitata e addirittura il personale smantella le pietanze ancora prima della fine della fascia oraria di entrata degli ospiti. Certamente un limite organizzativo importante.

Nelle stanze l'arredamento e di certo i materassi nei letti sarrebbe ora di cambiarli.....Da migliorare la gestione degli ombrelloni e lettini in spiaggia....in quanto come sempre succede in questi casi, quando si lascia "libertà di scelta e gestione" agli ospiti della struttura balneare abbiamo sempre chi se ne approfitta e i maleducati....

Stanza vecchiotta con formiche in bagno, mattonelle rotte…non mancava nulla ma era tutto molto usato. Doccia fredda all’arrivo per guasto caldaia
Male considerato il prezzo non bassissimo.
